Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA TEMPERAR VIDRO''<D>. Um sistema para têmpera de placas de vidro tem uma zona de preaquecimento (1), na qual várias placas de vidro (7) empilhadas verticalmente em um carro com compartimentos (6) são aquecidas juntas até uma temperatura abaixo da temperatura de têmpera de por exemplo, 650 °C (por exemplo, 300 °C). As placas de vidro (7) preaquecidas são movidas individualmente da zona de preaquecimento (1) para uma zona de aquecimento (2). Na zona de aquecimento (2), as placas de vidro (7) são aquecidas até a temperatura de têmpera, sendo inclinadas com a vertical em um ângulo agudo e sendo mantidas por colchões de ar entre duas placas de aquecimento. Na borda inferior das duas placas de aquecimento, há um dispositivo de transporte o qual suporta as placas de vidro (7) simultaneamente no fundo. As placas de vidro (7) aquecidas até a temperatura de têmpera são movidas para uma zona de resfriamento (3), a qual tem placas de resfriamento e entre as quais a placa de vidro (7) é empurrada, para resfriamento brusco. As placas de resfriamento também podem ser colocadas sobre os dois lados da placa de vidro (7) a ser temperada, para fins de resfriamento brusco. As placas de vidro resfriadas bruscamente, as quais ainda têm uma temperatura de, por exemplo, 300 °C, são transportadas para uma zona de pós-resfriamento (4), na qual elas são lentamente resfriadas até a temperatura ambiente, antes de serem depositadas em carros com compartimentos (6). Devido ao fato de as placas de vidro (7) serem colocadas na zona de aquecimento (2) e na zona de resfriamento (3) obliquamente, e não de modo horizontal, não há problemas com o suporte e o transporte das placas de vidro (7). O preaquecimento conjunto de placas de vidro (7) e o resfriamento conjunto de placas de vidro (7) até a temperatura ambiente após o resfriamento brusco das mesmas economiza uma energia considerável, uma vez que a energia de aquecimento e resfriamento na zona de preaquecimento (1) e na zona de pós-resfriamento (4) podem ser baixas.
