Abstract
PROCESSO DE CONTROLE DE TEMPERATURA MÚLTIPLO PARA PEÇAS DE TRABALHO POR MEIO DE FORNO TRIPLEX. A presente invenção refere-se ao processo de têmpera múltiplo para estatores (7) e rotores de motores elétricos bem como componentes consistindo em materiais com distintas propriedades magnéticas por meio de um forno triplex (1) para aquecimento rápido, eficiente e uniforme de componentes preferivelmente tubulares como estatores (7), em que as pares magnéticas de um componente são aquecidas primariamente por meio de indução e, ao mesmo tempo, partes não magnéticas do mesmo componente são aquecidas primariamente por meio de radiação infravermelha e, ao mesmo tempo, bem como, em seguida, ocorre um aquecimento secundário por meio de convecção, especialmente através de elementos de aquecimento passivos (10), o qual serve para ajuste fino da temperatura alvo e manutenção da mesma.
