Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR RECURSOS DE SEGURANÇA DICROICOS PARA PROTEGER DOCUMENTOS DE VALOR. A presente invenção proporciona um processo para a fabricação de um recurso de segurança para proteger um documento de valor, em que o dito recurso de segurança exibe uma cor azul mediante a visualização em luz transmitida e uma cor amarela metálica mediante a visualização em luz incidente. O processo de fabricação compreende as seguintes etapas: a) imprimir uma tinta curável específica por radiação UV-Vis em uma região transparente ou parcialmente transparente de um substrato de um documento de valor; b) aquecer a camada de tinta obtida na etapa a) a uma temperatura de cerca de 55 °C a cerca de 100 °C por pelo menos um segundo, de modo que a camada de tinta exiba uma cor amarela metálica mediante a visualização em luz incidente; e c) curar por UV-Vis a camada de tinta obtida na etapa b) para formar o recurso de segurança. O processo de fabricação de acordo com a presente invenção possibilita a produção expressa de recursos de segurança que exibem uma cor azul mediante a visualização em luz transmitida e uma cor amarela metálica mediante a visualização em luz incidente e é particularmente útil para impressão industrial de documentos de valor.
