Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR ESPUMAS DE POLIISOCIANURATO E ESPUMA RÍGIDA DE POLIISOCIANURATO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir espumas rígidas de poliisocianurato, em que (a) poliisocianato aromático, (b) compostos reativos a isocianato compreendendo pelo menos um poliéterol (b1) e/ou poliésterol (b2), em que o teor numérico médio de átomos de hidrogênio reativos a isocianato dos componentes (b1) e (b2) é de pelo menos 1,7, (c) catalisador, (d) agentes de expansão, (e) retardadores de chama, (f) opcionalmente, substâncias auxiliares e aditivas e (g) opcionalmente, compostos com grupos hidrofóbicos alifáticos e que não se enquadram na definição de compostos (a) a (f) são misturados para proporcionar uma mistura de reação e deixados curar para proporcionar uma espuma rígida de poliisocianurato, em que o agente de expansão (d) compreende pelo menos um composto de hidrocarboneto halogenado alifático (d1) composto por 2 a 5 átomos de carbono, pelo menos um átomo de hidrogênio e pelo menos um átomo de flúor e/ou cloro e o composto (d1) compreende pelo menos uma ligação dupla carbono-carbono e um composto de hidrocarboneto com 4 a 8 átomos de carbono (d2) e a proporção molar de composto de hidrocarboneto halogenado (d1) está entre 20 e 60% em mol e a proporção molar de composto de hidrocarboneto (d2) está entre 40 e 80% em mol, em cada caso com base no teor total dos agentes de expansão (d1) e (d2), e os componentes (b) a (f) podem compreender compostos com grupos hidrofóbicos alifáticos e o teor de grupos hidrofóbicos alifáticos, com base no peso total dos componentes (b) a (g), não é mais do que 4,0% em peso e a mistura para fornecer a mistura de reação é realizada a um índice de isocianato de pelo menos 240. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a uma espuma rígida de poliisocianurato obtenível por um processo de acordo com a invenção.
