Abstract
APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA EXTRAIR ÓLEO DE MATERIAL VEGETAL. Um processo e aparelho para extrair óleo vegetal de material vegetal resfriando um solvente de álcool a uma temperatura de -40°C ou inferior, contatando o material vegetal com o solvente frio para extrair óleo vegetal para fornecer uma mistura de solvente e óleo vegetal, aquecendo o mistura para converter o solvente para um estado gasoso para assim separar o solvente do óleo vegetal e resfriar o solvente gasoso separado para um líquido para recuperar o solvente. O aparelho pode incluir um trocador de calor para resfriar o solvente de álcool, uma centrífuga configurada para receber e contatar um lote de material vegetal com o solvente frio para extrair óleo do material vegetal para fornecer uma mistura de solvente e óleo e um controlador lógico programável para monitorar e controlar a temperatura do solvente frio, controlar a centrífuga para agitar o solvente em contato com o material vegetal por um período de tempo e girar por um período de tempo para separar a mistura do material vegetal.
