Abstract

TRILHO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DESTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de placa de resfriamento de eficiência aprimorada para aeronaves movidas a combustível limpo em escala real tendo um corpo de resfriamento incluindo uma pluralidade de orifícios, aberturas e câmaras internas trabalhando em conjunto para processar e circular fluido refrigerante e funcionar como um dispositivo dissipador de calor, que se interconecta com o sistema de resfriamento de um motor elétrico e funcionando cooperativamente para transferir energia térmica para longe do motor elétrico usando condução, convecção e radiação, enquanto transporta o fluido refrigerante aquecido para longe dos componentes aquecidos do motor e para outros componentes de um veículo para processamento adicional, então retornando o fluido refrigerante resfriado no sistema de refrigeração de um motor elétrico, particionando efetivamente fluido refrigerante aquecido, fluido refrigerante resfriado e circuitos elétricos em um projeto de economia de espaço formado a partir de uma única peça ou número mínimo de peças para reduzir os modos de falha e reduzir os elementos de fixação ou conexões necessários para melhorar robustez e confiabilidade, e ainda manter as características aerodinâmicas adequadas.
