Abstract
composição de material de revestimento de poliuretano, métodos de revestimento de vários estágios usando estas composições de material de revestimento, e também o uso da composição de material de revestimento como material de revestimento transparente e material de revestimento pigmentado, e a aplicação do método de revestimento para repintura do automóvel e/ou para o revestimento de substratos plásticos e/ou de veículos utilitários a presente invenção refere-se a composições de material de revestimento que compreende pelo menos um composto contendo um grupo poli-hidroxila (a), pelo menos um composto contendo um grupo poli-isocianato (b), com grupos de isocianato livre e/ou bloqueado, e pelo menos um catalisador (d) com base nem um complexo de zinco-amidina que é preparável por meio da reação de 1,0 mol de pelo menos um de biscarboxilato de zinco (ii) com 2,0 mols de pelo menos uma amidina em que r~ 5~ = hidrogênio e r~ 1~, r~ 2~, r~ 3~, e r~ 4~ são cada um radicais idênticos ou diferentes, r~ 1~ e r~ 3~ sendo hidrogênio ou um radical alquila ou um radical arila, e r~ 2~ e r~ 4~ sendo um radical alquila ou um radical arila, caracterizado pelo fato de a composição do material de revestimento compreender ainda pelo menos um ácido carboxílico monométrico aromático, opcionalmente substituído (s), cujo grupo carboxila é, em conjugação com um sistema de elétrons tt. a presente invenção refere-se adicionalmente aos métodos de revestimento em várias fases utilizando estas composições de material de revestimento, e também a utilização das composições de material de revestimetno como o material de revestimento transparente, e a aplicação do método de revestimento para repintura do automóvel e/ou para o revestimento de substratos plásticos e/ou de veículos utilitários.
