Abstract
folha de aço elétrica orientada por grãos e métodos para fabricar a mesma. a presente invenção propões medidas para diminuir o ruído gerado por um núcleo de ferro de um transformador quando as folhas de aço elétricas orientadas por grãos cada uma tendo concebido baixa perda de ferro através de refinamento de domínio magnético são empilhadas para constituir o núcleo de ferro. especificamente, a presente invenção propões uma foha de aço elétrica orientada por grãos tendo um comprimento total de rupturas no filme sobre uma superfície de folha de aço de 20<109> ou menos por 10.000 <109>m^ 2^ de filme, a folha de aço compreendendo: um intervalo de refinamento de domínio magnético predeterminado em uma direção de laminação da folha de aço, provida no refinamento de domínio magnético através da introdução semelhante a linear da deformação térmica em uma direção intersectando a direção de laminação; e desvio de 3mm ou menos por comprimento unitário: 500 mm na direção de laminação da folha de aço.
