Abstract
folha de aço elétrica orientada por grão e método para fabricação da mesma. a presente invenção refere-se a uma folha de aço elétrica orientada por grão onde a espessura de filme de forsterita em porções de fundo dos sulcos formados em uam superfície de folha de aço é <243> 0,3 <109>m, a frequência de sulco <242> 20% que é uma razão de abundância de grãos de cristal de sulcos diretamente abaixo dos mesmos, cada grão de cristal tendo uma orientação que desvia da orientação de goss por (243) 10º e tamanho de grão <243> 5 <109>m, tensão total pelo revestimento de tensão é de <243> 10,0 mpa, a tensão total exercida na folha de aço na direção perpendicular à direção de laminação pelo filme de forsterita e pelo revestimento de tensão é de <243> 5,0 mpa e as tensões totais satisfazem 1,0<242> a/b <242> 5,0 onde a é a tensão total exercida na direção de laminação pelo filme de forsterita e pelo revestimento de tensão, e b é a tensão total exercida na direção perpendicular à direção de laminação pelo filme de forsterita e pelo revestimento de tensão.
