Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de transmissão de dados, um dispositivo terminal e um dispositivo de rede de acesso, de modo que dados possam ser transmitidos entre um dispositivo terminal e um dispositivo de rede de acesso com base em 1ª sinalização rrc sem a necessidade de estabelecer uma conexão rrc, e as sobrecargas de sinalização necessárias para estabelecer uma portadora para transmissão de dados podem ser reduzidas. o método inclui: enviar, por um dispositivo terminal, uma primeira indicação de um dispositivo de rede de acesso, onde a primeira indicação é usada para indicar que o dispositivo terminal está transmitindo dados com base em 1ª sinalização de controle de recursos de rádio rrc a serem enviados pelo dispositivo terminal para o dispositivo de rede de acesso e/ou a primeira indicação é usada para indicar que o dispositivo de rede de acesso está transmitindo dados com base em 1ª sinalização de controle de recursos de rádio rrc a serem enviados pelo dispositivo de rede de acesso para o dispositivo terminal; e transmitir os dados entre o dispositivo terminal e o dispositivo de rede de acesso com base na 1ª sinalização rrc.
