Abstract
trata-se de um atuador ou dispositivo (100) para induzir um movimento de rotação e que compreende, de acordo com uma direção longitudinal, um primeiro (1) e um segundo (2) cilindros, caracterizado pelo fato de que: o dito primeiro cilindro (1) é um cilindro linear que compreende um primeiro pistão (11); em que o dito segundo cilindro (2) é um cilindro linear que compreende um segundo pistão (12); e em que o dito dispositivo (100) compreende adicionalmente um componente de conversão (7) de movimento linear em movimento rotativo para converter um movimento de translação do segundo pistão (12) em um movimento de rotação.
