Abstract
é apresentado um processo para depositar um revestimento em um substrato de vidro, o referido processo sendo caracterizado por uma etapa em que os componentes a seguir são co-pulverizados simultaneamente por um plasma, em uma mesma câmara do dispositivo de deposição a vácuo: - um primeiro componente feito de um material constituído de um óxido, um nitreto ou um oxinitreto de um primeiro elemento e - um segundo componente constituído pela forma metálica de um segundo elemento, e uma etapa na qual um hidreto, um halogeneto ou um composto orgânico de um terceiro elemento, diferente do primeiro elemento, introduzido no referido plasma de modo a recuperar o referido substrato coberto com o referido revestimento compreendendo o referido primeiro, segundo e terceiro elementos na saída do dispositivo, em que o referido revestimento consistindo de nanopartículas metálicas do segundo elemento é disperso em uma matriz inorgânica do referido primeiro e terceiro elementos, o referido revestimento exibindo um pico de absorção de plasma na região do visível, o referido pico opcionalmente sendo obtido por meio de uma uma etapa adicional de tratamento térmico, se necessário. é apresentado um equipamento para realização do referido processo.
