Abstract
o método de preparação de solução de açúcar de acordo com a presente invenção é um método de preparação de solução de açúcar a partir de biomassa que contém celulose, em que o método inclui a etapa 1: etapa de obtenção de hidrolisato de endoxilanase por meio de hidrólise da biomassa que contém celulose utilizando endoxilanase derivada de micro-organismos do gênero acremonium ou do gênero aspergillus; etapa 2: etapa de separação do hidrolisato de endoxilanase em um hidrolisato de endoxilanase sólido e um hidrolisato de endoxilanase líquido por meio de separação de sólidos e líquidos; etapa 3: etapa de obtenção de hidrolisato de celulase por meio de hidrólise do hidrolisato de endoxilanase sólido utilizando celulase derivada de fungo filamentoso; e etapa 4: etapa de filtragem do hidrolisato de celulase através de uma membrana de ultrafiltragem para recuperar uma solução de açúcar do lado filtrado e coletar um componente de enzima do lado não filtrado.
