Abstract

PEPTÍDEOS, DISPOSITIVOS E MÉTODOS PARA DETECÇÃO DE ANTICORPOS CONTRA ANAPLASMA. A invenção fornece populações de peptídeos isolados, úteis para a detecção de anticorpos que se ligam a antígenos de Anaplasma. As populações de peptídeos compreendem os peptídeos derivados de fragmentos imunogênicos das proteínas de Proteína de Membrana Externa de Anaplasma. A invenção também proporciona dispositivos, métodos e kits compreendendo as populações de peptídeos isolados, úteis para a detecção de anticorpos que se ligam a antígenos de Anaplasma e o diagnóstico da anaplasmose. Os métodos de identificação da espécie particular de Anaplasma infectando um sujeito utilizando as populações de peptídeos da invenção são também divulgados.
