resumo patente de invenção: "aparelho para a redução de germe de um fluido e um processo para o uso do mesmo". a presente invenção se refere a um aparelho de desvolatilização estático (1) para a redução do germe de um fluido que é divulgado. o aparelho (1) compreende um compartimento (10), uma entrada (12), uma saída (14), uma superfície de contato com o fluido (20) que compreende um biocida (22) incorporado para reduzir a contagem de germes do fluido (2), em que a superfície de contato com o fluido (20) é uma superfície de contato com o fluido (20) de um elemento de mistura estática (30). a presente invenção se refere ainda a um processo para reduzir a contagem de germe de um fluido que contém germes (2') com o uso do aparelho (1) e também à utilização do aparelho (1) na redução do germe de óleo combustível, de produtos alimentares, ou na descontaminação da água, de preferência, descontaminação de águas residuais, água de processo industrial ou no tratamento de água potável.
