Abstract

PNEU COM SISTEMA DE VULCANIZAÇÃO ULTRA-EFICIENTE. Bandas de rodagem de pneu tendo melhores propriedades de tração, enquanto surpreendentemente ainda mantem boas propriedades de coesão de materiais, as bandas de rodagem de pneu compreendendo uma composição de borracha com base em um elastômero de dieno altamente insaturado e entre 95 phr e 160 phr de uma carga de reforço inorgânico. A composição pode ainda incluir entre 60 phr e 130 phr de um sistema plastificação compreendendo uma resina plastificante com uma Tg de pelo menos 25 ºC e um plastificante líquido. A composição de borracha é curada com um sistema de cura de enxofre ultra-eficiente tendo uma relação em peso de enxofre para acelerador ajustada entre 0,02 e 0,2 para fornecer a composição de borracha com uma relação de MA300/G* maior do que 1,7, em que o módulo de alongamento na MA300 a 300% é medido a 23 ºC e o módulo de cisalhamento G* é medido a 60 ºC.
