Abstract

"MATERIAL COMPOSTO PARA MANCAL DE DESLIZE". A presente invenção refere-se a um material composto para mancais de deslize com uma camada de suporte metálica, eventualmente com uma camada portadora porosa colocada sobre a primeira, e com uma camada de deslize livre de chumbo formando uma superfície de deslize para um parceiro de deslize, com um material de camada de deslize na base de material sintético; para garantir uma utilização permanente em temperaturas altas, o material de camada de deslize possui PEEK como componente de material sintético formador de matriz e ainda um lubrificante na forma de sulfeto de zinco e um componente de têmpera na forma de dióxido de titânio e adicionalmente fibras de carbono, e o teor de percentagem do peso do lubrificante e do componente de têmpera relacionado à massa do material de camada de deslize é de respectivamente 5 a 15% do peso, e o lubrificante e o componente de têmpera estão presentes na forma de partículas finas com um valor D50 da granulometria de partículas de no máximo 500 nm.
