Abstract

"SEPARADOR DE óLEO PARA A SEPARAçãO DE óLEO DO GáS DE VENTILAçãO DO CáRTER DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a um separador de óleo (1) para a separação de óleo do gás de ventilação do cárter de um motor de combustão interna, com uma caixa (10), onde é disposto um elemento de separação (20), com uma entrada (11) para o gás a ser purificado, com uma saída (12) para o gás purificado, e com uma saída (13) para o óleo separado. O novo separador de óleo (1) é caracterizado pelo fato de que existe uma área de gás bruto (11<39>) que segue a entrada (11) da caixa (10), com um coletor de óleo (14), onde se deposita o óleo bruto trazido pela corrente de gás que entra, de que o separador de óleo (1) compreende, além do elemento de separação (20), um ciclone precipitador do óleo bruto (30), cuja abertura de entrada (31) fica na altura do coletor de óleo (14) dentro deste, e de que o elemento de separação (20) possui uma abertura de entrada (21) que fica acima da abertura de entrada (31) do ciclone precipitador do óleo bruto (30).
