Abstract

"LONA PARA PNEU RADIAL, MéTODOS PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA LONA E PARA A CONSTRUçãO DE UM PNEU E PRODUTOS OBTIDOS". Lona (body_ply) (12) compreendendo uma folha elastomérica (30) e uma pluralidade de fileiras de filamentos de reforço (32) incorporada no mesmo. A pluralidade de fileiras pode compreender duas fileiras paralelas (32a, 32b) de filamentos de reforço, e os filamentos de reforço em uma fileira podem ser intercalados em relação aos filamentos de reforço na fileira adjacente. Para produzir a lona (12), os filamentos de reforço (32) são introduzidos em uma matriz (44) e a borracha é extrudada em torno e entre os filamentos de reforço.
