Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA MANUFATURAR, MOLDAR E CURAR PNEUS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, E, PNEU PARA UMA RODA DE VEìCULO". Processo para manufaturar, moldar e curar pneus para rodas de veículos, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) moldar pelo menos uma camada de revestimento, feita de material elastomérico reticulável, sobre uma superfície externa de um suporte toroidal (19), cujo formato é substancialmente se associa àquele da superfície interna do pneu; b) manufaturar um pneu verde (16), compreendendo pelo menos um elemento que inclua um material elastomérico reticulável sobre dito suporte toroidal contendo dita camada de revestimento; c) fechar o pneu verde em uma cavidade de moldagem definida dentro de um molde de vulcanização (11), dita cavidade de moldagem tendo paredes cujo formato se associa àquele de uma superfície externa do pneu, uma vez esteja completa a vulcanização; d) introduzir, dentro do espaço definido por uma superfície interna do pneu, um fluido sob pressão, para comprimir a superfície externa do pneu verde contra as paredes da cavidade de moldagem; e) aplicar calor ao pneu, para realizar a vulcanização do material elastomérico reticulável; caracterizado pelo fato de que dita camada de revestimento compreende pelo menos um elastómero contendo grupos silano hidrolisáveis.
