Abstract

"CASQUILHO DE AMORTECIMENTO HIDRáULICO". A invenção refere-se a um casquilho (10) de amortecimento hidráulico, especialmente para ser empregado em um veículo automotor, para o amortecimento de esforços de carga em uma direção de carga principal (24). O casquilho apresenta uma manga interna (11), uma manga externa (12), uma unidade de mola de suporte (32) disposta entre a manga interna (11) e a manga externa (12), assim como no mínimo uma peça de fechamento (33), que liga a manga interna (11) com a manga externa (12). A no mínimo uma peça de fechamento (33) limita o espaço cercado pela manga interna (11) e peça manga externa (12) em relação ao ambiente. São previstas duas câmaras (20, 21), que estão cheias com um líquido de amortecimento hidráulico e estão ligadas através de um canal de escoadouro (22). A direção de carga principal (24) decorre paralelamente a um eixo longitudinal (44) da manga interna (11) e da manga externa (12). De acordo com a invenção, as peças de fechamento (33) são formadas separadamente da unidade de mola de suporte (32). Cada uma das câmaras (20; 21) é limitada pela unidade de mola de suporte (32) ou por um componente (35; 36) adjacente à unidade de mola de suporte (32) e por uma das peças de fechamento (33). Desse modo torna-se possível uma adaptação perfeita de material junto com uma montagem e uma fabricação simples, assim como uma construção modular do casquilho (10).
