Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A COMBUSTãO DE SUBSTâNCIAS RESIDUAIS ORGâNICAS". Em um processo conhecido para a combustão de substâncias residuais orgânicas, a substância residual orgânica está sendo passada e queimada através de uma câmara de combustão pelo lado de baixo por um gás fluidificador com teor de oxigênio formando uma camada de partículas fluidificada por um dispositivo fluidificador e sendo o gás de combustão que se forma está sendo retirado mediante um espaço livre situado acima da camada de partículas e queimado de maneira retardada em uma zona de reação posterior ou em uma câmara de pós-combustão. A fim de, partindo daí, possibilitar com baixa formação de ácido nítrico uma elevada capacidade de produção para o material de combustão e de aumentar a produtividade para a combustão de substâncias residuais orgânicas, está sendo proposto, de acordo com a invenção, por um lado, enriquecer a camada de partículas fluidificada com oxigênio de tal maneira que comparece no espaço livre um teor de oxigênio médio na faixa de 0-3 % em volume e, por outro, alimentar oxigênio à zona de reação posterior ou à câmara de pós-combustão de tal maneira que no gás de fumaça depois da zona de reação posterior ou da câmara de pós-combustão comparece um teor de oxigênio de pelo menos 6 % em volume. Com um dispositivo adequado para a execução do processo é prevista uma câmara de combustão para a recepção de uma substância residual orgânica e um dispositivo fluidificador para a introdução de gás fluidificador para a produção de uma camada de partículas fluidificada, uma entrada para uma corrente de gás com teor de oxigênio na camada de partículas fluidificada e um dispositivo de medição que compreende no espaço livre dois locais de medição de oxigênio, distanciados um do outro, para a medição contínua de cada teor de oxigênio no espaço livre.
