Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE TUBOS DE METAL, ONDULADOS EM FORMA DE ANEL". Um dispositivo para a produção de tubos de metal, ondulados em forma de anel, especialmente do condutor externo de cabos coaxiais de alta freq³ência, por meio de ao menos um rolo de pressão revolvendo em torno de um tubo liso, sendo que as ondas são formadas por meio dos dentes do rolo de pressão intervindo no tubo liso, o qual é montado giratório em torno de um eixo em ângulo reto para com o eixo longitudinal de tubo, e cujo eixo de rotação, durante a produção das ondas, revolve propriamente em um plano que está situado perpendicularmente ao eixo longitudinal de tubo em torno do tubo liso aduzido ao rolo de pressão, o qual, por um lado, por seu avanço, gira o rolo de pressão, apresenta características : a) as cabeças de dente são configuradas planas, b) o tubo é conduzido, antes e após a intervenção do rolo de pressão (13), estreitamente em uma bucha de condução (1 2), c) o número dos dentes (Z) é de entre 7 e 11, de preferência entre 8 e 10.
