Abstract

"SISTEMA DE DISPENSA EM PEçA úNICA E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". Se provê um sistema dispensa para ficar disposto e de forma vedada em relação a e dispensando um produto a partir de, uma abertura de descarga de um recipiente (41), no qual uma flange anelar de montagem (70) se estende de forma radialmente, internamente, adjacente à abertura. Uma válvula (30) é moldada de um material para definir uma estrutura flexível, elástica, apresentando uma porção de cabeçote (82) e uma porção marginal de recipiente (100). A porção de cabeçote (82) apresenta um orifício de dispensa (84), normalmente fechado, que se abre quando a pressão no interior do recipiente (41), excede a pressão no exterior da válvula (30) por uma quantidade predeterminada. A porção marginal (100) fica conectada à porção de cabeçote ou superior (82) e apresenta uma parede, de forma geral, anelar (102), definindo uma sulco, de forma geral, anelar (104), o qual é aberto radialmente, externamente para recepção da flange de montagem (70).
