Abstract
"CATALISADOR CONSTITUIDO DE PALáDIO METáLICO E OURO METáLICO QUE SãO úTEIS PARA A PRODUçãO DE ACETATO DE VINILA PELA REAçãO DE ETILENO, OXIGêNIO E áCIDO ACéTICO". Um catalisador efetivo para a produção de acetato de vinila pela reação do etileno, oxigênio e ácido acético, compreendendo um suporte poroso sobre uma superfície porosa na qual são depositadas quantidades cataliticamente efetivas de paládio e ouro metálicos, e opcionalmente, um ou mais metais cataliticamente ativos adicionais, tal como o cobre, preparado em etapas consistindo da impregnação do suporte com uma ou mais soluções aquosas de compostos dos metais solúveis em água, de fixação dos metais no suporte como compostos insolúveis em água em uma ou mais etapas de fixação pela reação com um composto alcalino apropriado, sendo pelo menos uma das etapas de fixação realizada numa solução do composto alcalino na qual o suporte impregnado é imerso, enquanto é aplicado ultra-som na solução, e de redução dos compostos insolúveis em água dos metais cataliticamente ativos nas suas formas metálicas livres."CATALYST CONTAINED OF METALLIC PALADIUM AND METALLIC GOLD THAT ARE USEFUL FOR THE PRODUCTION OF VINYL ACETATE BY THE REACTION OF ETHYLENE, OXYGEN AND ACETIC ACID". An effective catalyst for the production of vinyl acetate by the reaction of ethylene, oxygen and acetic acid, comprising a porous support on a porous surface on which catalytically effective amounts of metallic palladium and gold are deposited, and optionally, one or more catalytically active metals such as copper, prepared in stages consisting of impregnating the support with one or more aqueous solutions of water-soluble metal compounds, fixing the metals to the support as water-insoluble compounds in one or more fixation steps by reaction with an appropriate alkaline compound, with at least one of the fixation steps carried out in a solution of the alkaline compound in which the impregnated support is immersed, while ultrasound is applied in the solution, and of reducing the water-insoluble compounds of the catalytically active metals in their free metallic shapes.
