Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE PINTURA INTEGRADO PARA CARROCERIAS OU CABINES DE AUTOMóVEIS E VEìCULOS COMERCIAIS E SUAS PEçAS DE REPOSIçãO E PEçAS ACESSóRIAS COMPREENDENDO PEçAS DE PLáSTICO". A invenção descreve um novo processo para o revestimento de carrocerias de automóvel integradas contendo partes de plástico ou para cabines de carros de passageiros e veículos de utilidade, durante o qual as partes de metal da carroceria ou da cabine são providas com um revestimento de tinta de eletrodepósição e são integradas com as partes de plástico da carroceria ou da cabine. Essa partes de plástico já possuem ou um revestimento de primeira demão aquosa eletricamente condutor, um revestimento de primeira demão aquosa condutor não endurecido eletricamente, ou não são pintados. No caso em que as partes de plástico não são providas com nenhum desses revestimentos, a superfície da carroceria ou da cabine integradas é uniformemente provida com um revestimento de primeira demão aquosa eletricamente condutor. Um revestimento de primeira demão brilhante pode ser aplicado após um sucessivo endurecimento do revestimento de primeira demão eletricamente condutor ou quando o último ainda está molhado, e o referido revestimento de primeira demão aquosa brilhante pode ser endurecido sozinho ou junto com o revestimento de primeira demão aquosa eletricamente condutor. No caso em que as partes de plástico já são providas com um revestimento desse tipo, a superfície da carroceria integrada ou cabine é uniformemente provida com um revestimento de primeira demão aquosa brilhante. Um revestimento à base de água é aplicado a esses revestimentos de primeira demão e secos sobre os mesmos. Um revestimento transparente é aplicado da maneira úmido-em-úmido ao revestimento baseado em água, após o qual o revestimento à base de água e o revestimento transparente são cozidos juntos, resultando desse modo no novo revestimento de múltiplas camadas que fornece efeito e/ou cor.
