Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ENVERNIZAMENTO DE CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS, ALTAMENTE RESISTENTE A ARRANHõES, PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO E UTILIZAçãO DO MESMO". Envernizamentos transparentes de camadas múltiplas, altamente resistentes a arranhões, e envernizamentos de camadas múltiplas que contêm os mesmos, para substratos dotados ou não de pintura de fundo, podem ser produzidos (1) aplicando-se pelo menos uma camada de verniz transparente I de um material de revestimento I, endurecível com radiação actínica e termicamente, sobre a superfície do substrato e endurecendo-se parcialmente a mesma e (2) aplicando-se uma outra camada de verniz transparente II de um material de revestimento II, que contém nanopartículas, endurecível com radiação actínica bem como, opcionalmente, termicamente, sobre a superfície da(s) camada(s) de verniz transparente I, após o que (3) as camadas de verniz transparente I e II, bem como, opcionalmente, a camada de verniz de base III são endurecidas conjuntamente com radiação actínica e termicamente. Em uma forma de realização alternativa, as camadas de verniz transparente I podem ser endurecidas completamente, opcionalmente, em conjunto com as camadas de verniz de base III, com radiação actínica e termicamente, após o que a superfície externa das camadas de verniz transparente I é aspergida, revestida com a camada de verniz transparente II e a mesma é endurecida com radiação actínica, bem como, opcionalmente, termicamente.Invention Patent: "MULTIPLE LAYER VARNISHING, HIGHLY RESISTANT TO SCRATCHES, PROCESS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION AND USE OF THE SAME". Transparent multi-layer varnishes, highly resistant to scratches, and multi-layer varnishes that contain the same, for substrates with or without background paint, can be produced (1) by applying at least one layer of transparent varnish I of a coating material I, curable with actinic and thermal radiation, on the surface of the substrate and partially hardening it and (2) applying another layer of transparent varnish II of a coating material II, which contains nanoparticles, which is curable with actinic radiation as well as, optionally, thermally, on the surface of the transparent varnish layer (s) I, after which (3) the transparent varnish layers I and II, as well as, optionally, the varnish layer base III are hardened together with actinic and thermal radiation. In an alternative embodiment, the clear varnish layers I can optionally be completely cured, together with the base varnish layers III, with actinic and thermal radiation, after which the outer surface of the clear varnish layers I is sprinkled, coated with transparent varnish layer II and it is hardened with actinic radiation, as well as, optionally, thermally.
