Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"LIGA à BASE DE ALUMìNIO A PARTIR DE METAL DE SUCATA E LIGA DE FUNDIçãO DAì PRODUZIDA"<D>. Uma liga à base de alumínio para a produção de ligas de fundição, com magnésio sendo o elemento de liga mais essencial, contém no mínimo 50% de metal de sucata sobre base de alumínio primário e como resto ela contém alumínio primário e/ou metal de sucata sobre base de alumínio secundário de composição conhecida. Para a produção da liga à base de alumínio, efetua-se a classificação de embalagens principalmente de alimentos e de ração para animais por meio de um processo de pirólise e, em seguida, o alumínio contido nas embalagens é recuperado através de fundição. As ligas de fundição produzidas a partir da liga à base de alumínio são próprias principalmente para a produção de peças resistentes ao calor e/ou resistentes à corrosão na região do motor, especialmente para a produção de blocos de motor, cabeças de cilindro e cárter de óleo, por meio de fundição em areia, fundição em coquilha, fundição sob pressão, tixo-casting ou tixo-fundição.
