Abstract

Пластмасата намира приложение при изработване на детайли за електронната и електротехническата промишленост. Пластмасата е трудно възпламеняваща се, има добри механични качества и отнасяне при преработка. По метода се получава пластмаса с хетерогенна макроскопична структура, в която сместа не е обичайната физична смес, а специфична свръхмолекулна структура, която подобрява отнасянията на пластмасата при преработка. Пластмасата съдържа следните компоненти в %: от 4 до 30 олигомерни халоген-фосфорни съединения като модифицираща и стабилизираща добавка; от 4 до 20 поливинилхлорид; от 2 до 25 антимонов триокис и 0,1 -1 стабилизатор, като общото количество на добавката е от 5 до 55. Методът се състои в отделно приготвяне на добавката чрез смесване на компонен тите й, раздробяване и смесване с раздробен полистирол, следващо пресуване в шнекова преса, гранулиране и сушене на получения продукт. 7 претенцииPlastic is used in the production of details for the electronic and electrotechnical industry. The method consists in separately preparing the additive by mixing its components, crushing and mixing with crushed polystyrene, followed by pressing in screw press, granulation and drying of the resulting product. 7 claims
