Abstract

The invention relates to a device for forming longitudinal elements, especially pipes and rods, using at least one tool (3.1, 3.2) to which a forming drive (5) is allocated. The longitudinal elements are held in such a way that they are clamped, in a clamping device (2). According to the invention, a tool changer (4) is provided between the forming drive (5) and the clamping device (2).
