Abstract

This device (1) comprises: a tubular part (5) to be jointed in a sucking or insufflating pipe (2), this part (5) comprising: (i) a transversal wall (10) interrupting the duct (6) which it defines, (ii) apertures (11) passing through its wall, of which one at least is located on one side of said transversal wall (10), while at least another (13) is located on the other side of the same wall (10), the aperture(s) (11) located on at least one side of the transversal wall (10) being normally covered, sealingly, by the pipe (2) wall, and (iii) at least one recess (12) for deforming the pipe (2) wall so as to move it away from at least one aperture (11) so as to enable the passage of the air flow through the said different apertures (11, 13); at least one pivoting lever (7) coming to bear, in a pivoting position, on the pipe (2) at the recess (12) for deforming this pipe (2).
