Abstract
The present disclosure provides a telescopic mist outlet structure and a
humidifier, comprising a water tank cover, a sleeve, the sleeve is embedded in
the water tank cover; and a first telescopic assembly, the first telescopic
assembly is arranged on the water tank cover and the sleeve, the sleeve retracts
inside or extends out of the water tank cover through the first telescopic
assembly; it has solved a problem in the prior art that a height of a mist outlet
structure in a humidifier is fixed and unable to be adjusted flexibly.

[0001]The present disclosure relates to the technical field of humidifier and,
more particularly, to a telescopic mist outlet structure and a humidifier.
[0002] Following a development of economy and an improvement of people's
living standards, people have had a higher and higher requirement for a quality of
life and health. An air humidifier, in such a way, has slowly entered a lot of
households around the world, becoming an indispensable small household
appliance for a plurality of households in a dry area. In general, a temperature
may most directly affect people's feeling about a living environment. Similarly,
humidity may also affect people's lives and health. With an improvement of
people's living standards, an air-conditioner has widely been used, which results
in a breeding of a plurality of air-conditioning diseases, including a tight skin, a
dry tongue and mouth, cough and cold. A plurality of scientific researches has
proven that air humidity has a close relationship to human health and daily life. A
plurality of medical research has shown that, a person's body and mind will be in
a good condition, when room humidity reaches 45-65% RH and a temperature is
-25 degrees Celsius, and achieving an ideal result regardless of work or rest.
[0003] Due to every family has a different furniture placement and use scene, a
humidifier sometimes is placed on a desktop, when a height of a mist outlet
nozzle does not need to be pretty high, and sometimes it is placed on a floor,
when the mist outlet nozzle has to be placed as high as possible, to provide a
large enough room for fog to spread in air.
[0004] However, a mist outlet of the humidifier on market is fixed on a body
thereof, and there is no way to flexibly adjust a height of the mist outlet. Thus it is
not convenient enough to use.
[0005] Therefore, the prior art needs to be improved and developed.
[0006]According to the above described defects, the purpose of the present
disclosure is providing a telescopic mist outlet structure and a humidifier, to solve
a problem in the prior art that, a mist outlet of the humidifier is fixed on the body
thereof, and there is no way to flexibly adjust the height of the mist outlet.
[0007] A technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows:
[0008] a telescopic mist outlet structure, comprising:
[0009] a water tank cover;
[0010] a sleeve, the sleeve is embedded in the water tank cover; and
[0011] a first telescopic assembly, the first telescopic assembly is arranged on
the water tank cover and the sleeve, the sleeve retracts inside the water tank
cover or extends out of the water tank cover through the first telescopic assembly.
[0012] Further, the first telescopic assembly comprises:
[0013] a sliding slot, the sliding slot locates on the water tank cover and extends
in an up-down direction;
[0014] a clamping slot, the clamping slot locates on the water tank cover and
communicates with the sliding slot, the clamping slot extends along a
circumference direction of the water tank cover;
[0015] a boss, the boss is arranged on an outer wall of the sleeve, the boss
slides in the sliding slot, and clamps in the clamping slot by a rotation of the
sleeve.
[0016] Further, a plurality of sleeves are arranged, and the plurality of sleeves are
engaged and connected in a sequence, while a second telescopic assembly is
arranged between two adjacent sleeves;
[0017]the second telescopic assembly has a same structure as the first
telescopic assembly.

[0019] a lid bucket, the lid bucket is arranged in the up-down direction, while both
the sliding slot and the clamping slot are arranged in the lid bucket; and
[0020] a lid cap, the lid cap connects to an upper end of the lid bucket, and the lid
cap extends in a radial direction away from a central axis of the lid bucket;
[0021] the lid cap comprises: an inclined plate, a lower end of the inclined plate
connects to the lid bucket, the inclined plate inclines downward in the radial
direction toward the central axis of the lid bucket; an edge-folding plate, the
edge-folding plate is connected to an outer edge of the inclined plate, and arranged along the up-down direction; a water filling gap, the water filling gap locates between the inclined plate and the sleeve.

humidifier, comprising:
[0023] a humidifier body, the humidifier body has a water tank arranged inside;

telescopic mist outlet structures described above, the water tank cover in the
telescopic mist outlet structure is arranged on the water tank.
[0025] Benefits of the present disclosure: the present disclosure provides a
telescopic mist outlet structure and a humidifier, wherein through the first
telescopic assembly, the sleeve may extend above the water tank cover of the
humidifier, making the mist outlet structure raise a certain height, to raise the
height of the mist outlet, while also being able to make the sleeve retract inside
the water tank cover of the humidifier, to reduce a height of the mist outlet, thus a
function of flexibly adjusting the height of the mist outlet is achieved. After
applying the present disclosure, the height of the mist outlet may be adjusted
flexibly, and the height may be adjusted arbitrarily, which may be applied in a
plurality of various application scenarios, being more convenient than a mist
outlet nozzle structure of an existing humidifier.

humidifier, In order to make the purpose, technical solution and the advantages
of the present disclosure clearer and more explicit, further detailed descriptions
of the present disclosure are stated here, referencing to the attached drawings
and some embodiments of the present disclosure. It should be understood that
the detailed embodiments of the disclosure described here are used to explain
the present disclosure only, instead of limiting the present disclosure.
[0033] Shown as FIG. 1, a telescopic mist outlet structure, applied to a humidifier,
when in an operation, the humidifier performs a spray through the telescopic mist
outlet structure. Shown as FIG. 2, the telescopic mist outlet structure comprises:
a water tank cover 200, a sleeve 100, and a first telescopic assembly 110. As
shown in FIG. 1, taking an example of the humidifier being placed vertically when
in use, taking a side of the water tank cover 200 facing to sky as an upside, a
side facing to ground as a downside, a side facing to a central axis of the water
tank cover 200 as an inside, and a side away from the central axis of the water
tank cover 200 as an outside. The sleeve 100 is arranged in an up-down
direction, the sleeve 100 is embedded in the water tank cover 200, the first
telescopic assembly 110 is arranged on the water tank cover 200 and the sleeve
100, the sleeve 100 retracts inside the water tank cover 200 or extends out of the
water tank cover 200 through the first telescopic assembly 110.
[0034] Through the solution described above, the first telescopic assembly 110
allows the sleeve 100 to be able to extend above the water tank cover 200 of the
humidifier, making the mist outlet structure raise to a certain height, thereby
increasing a height of mist outlet, may also allow the sleeve 100 to retract to an
inside of the water tank cover 200 of the humidifier, thereby decreasing the
height of the mist outlet, thus a function of flexibly adjusting the height of the mist
outlet is achieved. After applying the present method, the height of the mist outlet
may be adjusted flexibly, and the height may be adjusted arbitrarily, which may
be applied to a plurality of various application scenarios, being more convenient
than a mist outlet nozzle structure of an existing humidifier.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a specific structure of the present
embodiment is that the water tank cover 200 is applied to being arranged onto a
water tank of a humidifier, and the water tank cover 200 comprises a lid bucket
210 and a lid cap 220. As shown in FIG. 3, the lid bucket 210 is arranged in an
up-down direction, the lid cap 220 is connected to an upper end of the lid bucket
210, and the lid cap 220 extends awayfrom a central axis of the lid bucket 210 in
a radial direction. The lid bucket 210 and the lid cap 220 are connected into a
whole. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the lid cap 220 comprises an inclined
plate 222, an edge-folding plate 223 and a water filling gap 221. The lid cap 220
is applied to connecting with a top of the humidifier, making the inclined plate 222
locate on an upper surface of the humidifier. The inclined plate 222 is arranged
obliquely downward toward the central axis of the lid bucket 210 in a radial
direction, and a lower end of the inclined plate 222 is connected to the lid bucket
210. The edge-folding plate 223 is connected to an outer edge of an upper end of
the inclined plate 222, the edge-folding plate 223 is arranged in the up-down
direction, and a connection between the edge-folding plate 223 and the inclined
plate 222 forms a clamping, facilitating an engagement between the water tank
cover 200 and the humidifier. The water filling gap 221 locates between the
inclined plate 222 and the sleeve 100, that is, when the sleeve 100 is matched
with the lid cap 220, a certain gap is left, so when pouring water directly to the
inclined plate 222, the water flows into the lid bucket 210 along the inclined plate
222, thus achieving a purpose of filling water into the water tank. Specifically, as
shown in FIG. 4, the humidifier may fill in water through the water filling gap 221 at a bottom of the inclined plate 222 in the lid cap 220, and the water flows into the lid bucket 210 through the water filling gap 221. As shown in FIG. 3, a through hole 211 is arranged at a bottom of the lid bucket 210, the water then flows into the humidifier through the through hole 211 at the bottom of the lid bucket 210. In addition, it is possible to take the water tank cover 200 out, and pour water directly into the humidifier. A height of the water tank for water filling may exceed the through hole 211 at the bottom of the lid bucket 210, but may not be higher than the water filling gap 221.
[0036] The lid bucket 210 is a hollow cylinder locates inside the humidifier. As
shown in FIG. 2, the first telescopic assembly 110 comprises: a sliding slot 111, a
clamping slot 112 and a boss 113. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, the boss 113
is integrally formed and fixed on an outer wall of the sleeve 100, shown as FIG. 2.
The sliding slot 111 is arranged on an inner wall of the lid bucket 210 and
extending in the up-down direction. The clamping slot 112 locates on the inner
wall of the lid bucket 210 and communicates with the sliding slot 111. Specifically,
the clamping slot 112 is arranged on a top of the sliding slot 111, the clamping
slot 112 extends following a circumferential direction of the lid bucket 210, that is,
the clamping slot 112 extends on the inner wall of the lid bucket 210 in a
clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction. When the sleeve 100 rises
upward, the boss 113 rises in a direction following the sliding slot 111, up to a
position of the clamping slot 112, then the sleeve 100 is rotated, making the boss
113 enter the clamping slot, so that the boss 113 is engaged into the clamping
slot 112 to fix the sleeve 100. An upper edge of the clamping slot 112 and a top edge of the lid bucket 210 has a certain distance arranged, to prevent the boss
113 from leaving the clamping slot 112. The boss 113 locates at a bottom of an
outer wall of the sleeve 100. A connection place between the sliding slot 111 and
the clamping slot 112 has a chamfer 114 arranged, to facilitate a smooth
transition of the boss 113 between the sliding slot 111 and the clamping slot 112.
[0037] The present embodiment, wherein there are two of the first telescopic
assemblies 110 arranged, and the two first telescopic assemblies 110 are
symmetrically arranged about a central axis of the sleeve 100. Specifically, it is
only needed to pull the sleeve 100 to a maximum position and rotate a certain
angle in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction, before engaging
and fixing the boss 113 of the sleeve 100 and the clamping slot 112 in the lid
bucket 210, the mist outlet structure is possible to be raised to a height of a
sleeve; when it is needed to lower the mist outlet nozzle 161, the sleeve 100 is
rotated to a corresponding angle in an opposite direction, and an engagement
between the boss 113 of the sleeve 100 and the clamping slot 112 inside the lid
bucket 210 will be released, then the boss 113 of the sleeve will be lowered to a
lowest height along the sliding slot 111, making a height of the mist outlet
structure lower the height of a sleeve. By a symmetrical arrangement of the two
first telescopic assemblies, a sliding and fixing of the sleeve will be more stable.
[0038] Shown as FIG.1 and FIG.2, the sleeve 100 is a hollow cylinder having a
same diameter up and down and a same wall thickness. In the present
embodiment, there are a plurality of the sleeves 100 arranged, and the plurality
of sleeves 100 are engaged and connected in a sequence, and a second telescopic assembly 170 is arranged between two adjacent sleeves, one sleeve of the two adjacent sleeves retracts inside or extends out of another sleeve through the second telescopic assembly 170. The second telescopic assembly
170 has a same structure as the first telescopic assembly 110.
[0039] Shown as FIG. 1, the telescopic mist outlet structure further comprises a
mist outlet nozzle 161, the mist outlet nozzle 161 is arranged at an upper end of
the sleeve 100, and water vapor generated by the humidifier will be sprayed out
from the mist outlet nozzle 161 after passing through the sleeve 100. Shown as
FIG. 3, the plurality of sleeves 100 comprises a first sleeve 120, a second sleeve
130, a third sleeve 140, a fourth sleeve 150 and a fifth sleeve 160; the first sleeve
120 locates at a most bottom, and connects with the water tank cover 200, the
second sleeve 130 is clamped in the first sleeve 120, the third sleeve 140 is
clamped in the second sleeve 130, and the fourth sleeve 150 is clamped in the
third sleeve 140, the fifth sleeve 160 is clamped in the fourth sleeve 150, while
the fifth sleeve 160 locates at a top, and a top of the fifth sleeve 160 connects to
the mist outlet nozzle 161.

is arranged between every two adjacent sleeves, for example, between the first
sleeve 120 and the second sleeve 130, there is the second telescopic assembly
170 arranged, and the boss in the second telescopic assembly 170 is arranged
on an outer wall of the second sleeve 130, the sliding slot 111 is arranged on an
inner wall of the first sleeve 120 and extended in the up and down direction. The
clamping slot 112 is arranged in the inner wall of the first sleeve 120, communicating with the sliding slot 111. The second telescopic assembly 170 is applied to telescoping between the first sleeve 120 and the second sleeve 130.
An upper end of the fifth sleeve 160 and the mist outlet nozzle 161 are connected

1. A telescopic mist outlet structure, wherein comprising:
a water tank cover;
a sleeve, the sleeve is embedded in the water tank cover; and
a first telescopic assembly, the first telescopic assembly is arranged on the water
tank cover and the sleeve, the sleeve retracts inside the water tank cover or
extends out of the water tank cover through the first telescopic assembly.
2. The telescopic mist outlet structure according to claim 1, wherein the first
telescopic assembly comprises:
a sliding slot, the sliding slot locates on the water tank cover and extends in an
up-down direction;
a clamping slot, the clamping slot locates on the water tank cover and
communicates with the sliding slot, the clamping slot extends along a
circumference direction of the water tank cover;
a boss, the boss is arranged on an outer wall of the sleeve, the boss slides in the
sliding slot, and clamps in the clamping slot by a rotation of the sleeve.
3. The telescopic mist outlet structure according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of
sleeves are arranged, and the plurality of sleeves are engaged and connected in
a sequence, while a second telescopic assembly is arranged between two
adjacent sleeves;
the second telescopic assembly has a same structure as the first telescopic
assembly.
4. The telescopic mist outlet structure according to claim 2, wherein the water
tank cover comprises:
a lid bucket, the lid bucket is arranged in the up-down direction, while both the
sliding slot and the clamping slot are arranged on the lid bucket; and
a lid cap, the lid cap connects to an upper end of the lid bucket, and the lid cap
extends in a radial direction away from a central axis of the lid bucket;
the lid cap comprises: an inclined plate, a lower end of the inclined plate
connects to the lid bucket, the inclined plate inclines downward in the radial
direction toward the central axis of the lid bucket; an edge-folding plate, the
edge-folding plate is connected to an outer edge of the inclined plate, and
arranged along the up-down direction; a water filling gap, the water filling gap
locates between the inclined plate and the sleeve.
5. A humidifier, wherein comprising:
a humidifier body, the humidifier body has a water tank arranged inside;
and the telescopic mist outlet structure according to any one of claims 1-4, the
water tank cover in the telescopic mist outlet structure is arranged on the water
tank.
