Abstract
Disclosed is a sound box, including a sound box body, a microcontroller unit (MCU) arranged
in the sound box body, an audio input circuit, and a loudspeaker. The audio input circuit includes a
four-pin audio jack. An input pin of the MCU is connected to a pin 4 of the audio jack, and two
output pins of the MCU are respectively connected to a pin 2 and a pin 3 of the audio jack, so as to
output a received signal through the audio jack in response to the MCU detecting that the input pin
is at a high level, and send the signal to the loudspeaker in response to the MCU detecting that the
input pin is at a low level. When there is a signal input and the MCU detects that the input pin is at
the high level, the input audio signal is output by an audio cable rather than the loudspeaker that
comes with the sound box, which realizes an audio transfer function; when the MCU detects that the
input pin is at the low level, the input audio signal is output from the loudspeaker. Thus, the sound
box according to the present disclosure can be used as a Bluetooth receiver when placed in a car,
and as a portable sound box when not placed in a car.

FIG. 1
Field of Technology
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sound box apparatus, and in particular, to a sound box.
Background Technology
A sound box is an apparatus that converts audio signals into sound. A power amplifier is provided in a main body or a subwoofer body of the sound box. The audio signals are amplified by the power amplifier, and then the sound is played back through the sound box itself, whereby amplifying the sound. Currently, most cars are equipped with sound boxes, many of which are only used to play music, and cannot be connected to mobile devices, i.e., mobile phones and pads, for failing to provide a Bluetooth function. Thus, such sound boxes have a single function.
Summary
An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a sound box, aiming to improve user experience.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides a sound box, including a sound box body, a microcontroller unit (MCU) arranged in the sound box body, an audio input circuit, and a loudspeaker. The audio input circuit includes a four-pin audio jack. An input pin of the MCU is connected to a pin 4 of the audio jack, and two output pins of the MCU are respectively connected to a pin 2 and a pin 3 of the audio jack, so as to output a received signal through the audio jack in response to the MCU detecting that the input pin is at a high level, and send the signal to the loudspeaker in response to the MCU detecting that the input pin is at a low level.
In some embodiments, the two output pins of the MCU are connected to the pin 2 and the pin 3 of the audio jack by an operational amplifier.
In some embodiments, the MCU is a control chip with a model number of ATS2819.
In some embodiments, the MCU is connected to the loudspeaker by an amplifier.
In some embodiments, a pin 43 of the MCU is connected to the pin 4 of the audio jack, a pin 45 and a pin 46 of the MCU are connected to the pin 2 and the pin 3 of the audio jack, a pin 44 of the MCU is connected to a shutdown/enable pin of the amplifier, and the pin 45 and the pin 46 of the MCU are respectively connected to a left speaker and a right speaker of the loudspeaker by the amplifier.
In some embodiments, a pin 32 of the MCU is connected to a battery.
Compared with the prior art, one input pin of the MCU in the sound box according to the present disclosure is connected to the pin 4 of the audio jack, and two output pins of the MCU are respectively connected to the pin 2 and the pin 3 of the audio jack, so as to output the received signal through the audio jack in response to detecting that the input pin is at a high level, and send the signal to the loudspeaker in response to detecting that the input pin is at a low level. That is, when the sound box is in a Bluetooth mode (with a signal input) and the MCU detects that the input pin is at the high level, it indicates that an audio cable is plugged into the audio jack, and the input audio signal is output through the audio cable rather than the loudspeaker that comes with the sound box, which realizes an audio transfer function; when the MCU detects that the input pin is at the low level, it indicates that no audio cable is plugged into the audio jack, and the input audio signal is output from the loudspeaker. Thus, the sound box according to the present disclosure can be used as a Bluetooth receiver for transferring the audio signal when placed in a car, and as a portable sound box when not placed in a car.
The present disclosure will become clearer through the following description with reference to accompanying drawings. Such accompanying drawings are used for explaining embodiments of the present disclosure.
Brief Description of the Drawings
FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram of a first embodiment of a sound box according to the present disclosure.
Detailed Description
The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in the embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Similar component numbers in the accompanying drawings represent similar components. Apparently, the following to-be-described embodiments are merely some rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a structure diagram of a first embodiment of a sound box according to the present disclosure. In the embodiment shown in the figure, the sound box 1 includes a sound box body, an MCU U10 arranged in the sound box body, an audio input circuit, and a loudspeaker. The audio input circuit includes a 4-pin audio jack JK2. An input pin of the MCU U10 is connected to a pin 4 of the audio jack JK2, and two output pins of the MCU U10 are respectively connected to a pin 2 and a pin 3 of the audio jack JK2, so that when the input pin is detected at a high level, a received signal is output through the audio jack JK2, and when the input pin is detected at a low level, the signal is sent to the loudspeaker. Preferably, a model number of the 4-pin audio jack JK2 is PJ-320. Based on the above arrangement, when the sound box is in a Bluetooth mode (with a signal input) and the MCU U10 detects that the input pin is at the high level, it indicates that an audio cable is plugged into the audio jack JK2, and the input audio signal is output through the audio cable rather than the loudspeaker that comes with the sound box, which realizes an audio transfer function; when the MCU U10 detects that the input pin is at the low level, it indicates that no audio cable is plugged into the audio jack JK2, and the input audio signal is output from the loudspeaker. Thus, the sound box according to the present disclosure can be used as a Bluetooth receiver for transferring the audio signal when placed in a car, and as a portable sound box when not placed in a car.
In some embodiments, the two output pins of the MCU U10 are connected to the pin 2 and the pin 3 of the audio jack JK2 by an operational amplifier 40; the MCU U10 is connected to the loudspeaker by an amplifier 50. Preferably, the operational amplifier 40 is an operational amplifier (OPA); the loudspeaker includes a left speaker and a right speaker; two output pins of the amplifier are respectively connected to the left speaker 301 and the right speaker 302.
In the embodiment shown in the figure, the MCU U10 is a control chip with a model number of
ATS2819. Particularly, in this embodiment, the pin 43 (pin AUXDET) of the MCU U10 is connected to the pin 4 of the audio jack JK2; the pin 45 (pin RCH) and the pin 46 (pin LCH) of the MCU U10 are respectively connected to the two input pins of the operational amplifier 40, and the two output pins of the operational amplifier 40 are respectively connected to the pin 2 and the pin 3 of the audio jack JK2; the pin 44 (pin MUTE) of the MCU U10 is connected to the shutdown/enable pin of the amplifier 50; the pin 45 (pin RCH) and the pin 46 (pin LCH) of the MCU U10 are respectively connected to the two input pins of the amplifier 50, and then respectively connected to the left speaker 301 and right speaker 302 by the amplifier 50.
Further, the pin 12 (pin ANT) of the MCU U10 is connected to an antenna, through which an audio signal from an external device is received. The pin 32 (pin BATT) of the MCU U10 is connected to a battery for supplying power for the MCU U10.
From above, in accordance with the present disclosure, the pin 43 (pin AUXDET) of the MCU in the sound box is connected to the pin 4 of the audio jack; the pin 45 (pin RCH) and the pin 46 (pin LCH) of the MCU are respectively connected to the pin 2 and the pin 3 of the audio jack. When the pin 12 (pin ANT) of the MCU receives the audio signal, the MCU detects whether the pin 43 (pin AUXDET) is at the high level. If the pin 43 is at the high level, it indicates that the audio cable is plugged into the audio jack, the MCU controls the MUTE to output a high level, to shut down the amplifier, and signals of the pin 45 (pin RCH) and the pin 46 (pin LCH) are amplified to suitable levels by the operational amplifier, and then output through the audio jack, so as to realize the audio transfer function. If the pin 43 (pin AUXDET) is at the low level, it indicates that no audio cable is plugged into the audio jack, the MCU controls the MUTE to output a low level, to enable a normal output of the amplifier, in which case the sound box is used as a normal Bluetooth sound box. It will be appreciated that the sound box of the present disclosure can be used as a Bluetooth receiver for transferring the audio signal when placed in a car, and as a portable sound box when not placed in a car.
Although the present disclosure is described with reference to the optimal embodiments, the present disclosure is not limited to the foregoing disclosed embodiments and may cover various modifications and equivalent combinations based on the essence of the present disclosure.
