Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a system, method and software application for the provision of Broking services incorporating (including, but not exclusive to finance, health, life, car and utilities) to provide an end-to-end digital experience, utilising 3D Human form artificial intelligence.
Background of the Invention [0002] Currently, broking over digital networks such as the internet can be delivered to computers or mobile computational devices, such as tablets or smartphones. This service can be delivered based on a user typing in basic information that is captured and then for a human to process the information after receipt of data.
[0003] This system allows the end user the ability to compare services with the assistance of a 3D Virtual Human Avatar, who will ask questions to ascertain what may be the best loan or insurance, for example, that suits. Once this has been established the artificial intelligence will assist, through voice. A user will complete an application and answer any relevant questions via this Al format.
[0004] This type of system will make all necessary checks online without human intervention to ascertain user’s suitability to product. It will lodge necessary applications upon permission of user.
[0005] It is against this background that the invention and embodiments described herein have been developed.
Summary of the Invention [0006] In a first aspect the present invention seeks to provide a method of providing a 3D Al Human interface for the purpose of analysing best product and the completion of all necessary forms and checks for completion and approval. This is provided via:
a comparison service guided by Al services;
utilizing 3D human Al (this may also be in holographic form) that detects human emotions and is able to hold an online conversation; and guides a user through an application process.

[0011] For security purposes, all users will be identified via a facial recognition biometric service, which will be used as the replacement for any form of password system. They will be allocated an Identifier number (ID) for identification purposes.
[0012] In a second aspect the present invention seeks to provide the ability for a user to also assist a natural human broker to utilise this system to provide efficiencies to their own business. This is done by:
Allocating an identifying number for the human broker to give to their clients
Identifier allows system to refer user back to human broker after completion of services

This description is included solely for the purposes of exemplifying the present invention. It should not be understood as a restriction on the broad summary, disclosure or description of the invention as set out above. Figure 1 is an example computing system and network that may be utilised to operate a system, method and/or software application in accordance with the present invention;

Description of Embodiments [0014] In the proceeding description, reference is made to the use of one or more ‘servers’. Referring to Figure 1, an embodiment of a server utilised as a part of the present invention is illustrated.
[0015] Referring to Figure 1 in more detail, there is a shown a schematic diagram of a content delivery system which in this embodiment comprises a server 100. The server 100 comprises suitable components necessary to receive, store and execute appropriate computer instructions. The components may include a processing unit 102, read only memory (ROM) 104, random access memory (RAM) 106, and input/output devices such as disk drives (including solid state drives or any other storage technology as used depending on the specific hardware/software combination) 108, data receiving and input devices 110 such as a desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet computer or smartphone. Display 112 such as a liquid crystal display, a light emitting display or any other suitable display and communications links 114.
[0016] The server 100 includes instructions that may be included in ROM 104, RAM 106 or disk drives 108 and may be executed by the processing unit 102. There may be provided a plurality of communication links 114 which may variously connect to one or more computing devices such as a server, personal computers, terminals, wireless or handheld computing devices. At least one of a plurality of communications link may be connected to an external computing network through a wireless link (e.g. satellite), optical fibre, Ethernet, telephone line or other type of communications link.
[0017] It will be understood that in some embodiments, the communications link 114 may be or include a link to a wireless telecommunications network, which is colloquially referred to as a “mobile” or “cell” phone network. The server 100 may include an interface arranged to receive a Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) (not shown) to allow the server 100 to connect and transmit data across a Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) network, which is a standard developed by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) to describe protocols for second generation (2G) digital cellular networks used by mobile telephones. It will also be understood that the server 100 may also be able to utilise 3rd Generation (3G) and 4th Generation (4G) telecommunications networks (extensions of the GSM network standard), or any other specific hardware or software required to connect with any suitable network, as may become available over time as new telecommunications networks and protocols are developed. It is therefore intended that the examples of suitable networks described here are provided for the purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the claimed invention.
[0018] The service may include storage devices such as a disk drive 108 which may encompass solid state drives, hard disk drives, optical drives or magnetic tape drives. The server 100 may use a single disk drive or multiple disk drives. The server 100 may also have a suitable operating system 116 which resides on the disk drive or in the ROM of the server 100.
2019100225 01 Mar 2019 [0019] In turn, there is provided an application or applications 118 which interact with the operating system 116 and/or directly with the aforementioned hardware components to carry out the method steps of the embodiments described herein.
The application or applications 118, taken together with the server 100, form part of the broader system described and defined herein. In some embodiments, the application or applications 118 may reside on a computer readable media such as disk drives 108. Alternatively, application or applications 118 may be provided to the server 100 as a data signal via communications link 114.
[0020] In the ensuing description, for the sake of clarity, and in the context of the embodiment described, reference will be made to a ‘central server’ (a computing system utilised to distribute content to one or more local servers) and a ‘local server’ (application server utilised to control various hardware devices and components).
[0021] However, it will be understood that these identifiers/labels are utilised only for the sake of providing a clear and easily understood example, and no gloss should be taken from these labels to limit the scope of the embodiment, any features of the embodiment, or the broader invention described herein. In particular, the labels ‘central’ and ‘local’ are not be interpreted literally, as it is possible that both servers may be physically co-located in the same geographical area, or, in another embodiment, one physical computing system may run more than one ‘virtual’ server, such that the central server and the local server reside on a single physical hardware device. Such variations are encompassed by the broadest aspects of the invention described herein.

[0023] Referring now to Figure 2, there is shown a computer enabled broking system 111 according to an embodiment of the present invention. A user will via 110 send data to the server 100 of the present invention. A variety of users are able to send their data to the server 100 for sending through a network connected to the server 100 at the same time. The server 100 and 110 will interact with a 3D Al Human via voice and visual from 115 as well as a variety of external APIs for various forms of checking, such as, but not exclusive to identity checking.
[0024] Referring to Figure 3. Prior to engaging with Al data input 115, the user will in most cases compare products 113 to enable to make an informed decision. This is conducted with the assistance of 3D Al human 115. When user is ready, they will move to the data input sequence.
[0025] To register with the system 111 for data input, a user adds a name and email address. With the details entered the user will set up a facial recognition biometric password that will allow for future access These inputs can be altered at a later time. Details of the user are stored in User Database 116.

Based on predetermined questions the system 111 will determine if it should proceed or refer to a human broker. This is known as Preassessment stage 120. At this stage, all legal documents (Credit guides, Financial Service Guides for example) required by legislation are sent to the users email address as well the opportunity for user to review online and acknowledging comprehension anduse decision to proceed.
[0027] 115 3D Al human will conversationally answer questions, as well as take in input via user voice to complete application. This entails data collection 121, such as income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
[0028] Data collected is then stored in User database 116 and will be utilised for both full assessment purposes and preparation for application 124 [0029] Through the use of Open Banking 122, user banking information is able to be downloaded and filtered into appropriate categories that can be used in 124. Further information may also be derived from User databases 116. User may also choose to input during data collection stage 121.
[0030] Referring to Figure 4. During the collection of data process 121, several checks will be necessary from external parties, such as proof of identity/documents and Money laundering. These checks are completed with the assistance of external checking companies through the use of Application Programming interfaces (API) 115.
[0031] Once all data is collected, the system 111, will take into consideration all possibilities and will choose the most appropriate product, based on what has been provided.
[0032] An application will then be submitted 124 to an online application system with all relevant details in format acceptable to the receiver, including required supporting documentation. This will include reports from external checks 115 and data input from 3D Al Human 115, as well as information potential held in User Database from previous applications 116, including any data provided via Open banking 122 or other open source which is available.
[0033] Upon submission of application a confirmation will appear on 110 as having been completed as well as a notification 125 advising of submission and that a natural human will be in contact within a designated period to discuss. If online application is rejected, then an exception report is issued to account manager who will contact client for clarification.
[0034] Upon completion of process, recorded conversation is attached to CRM/User Database 116 and user is allocated an Account Manager 126, who will also receive notification of completion of application process with CRM access to all recorded notes/applications and checks.
[0035] System 111 will track progress of application via APIs 115 with online feedback from product provider.
2019100225 01 Mar 2019 [0036] Refer to Figures 4 and 5. The system 111 in conjunction with human account manager will monitor and advise client of outcomes 127. If successful, product provider will send electronically necessary forms for signing by client 128.
Documents will be signed online using APIs 115. Both system and manual processor will check 129 that documents have been signed 128 and completed in full.
[0037] All commissions/revenue generated 130 will be tracked as to receipt from relevant product provider and matched that revenue has been received.
[0038] The system can cater directly to the end user as described in Figuresl to 5 or can also assist brokers in their front-end administration 131. A broker would obtain a broker Identification number and give this to client to enter into the system 115 as they begin data collection process. This will identify them as owning the client. The system will automatically upload their broker number to the application upon submission.
[0039] Upon submission or just prior to submission of application, a brokers pre-filled credit card is debited for a dollar figure that will represent payment for services provided (132).
[0040] Once this dollar amount has been cleared for payment, broker will be notified via electronic correspondence and advised that all documents are stored within the Broker Portal 133. Documents can be downloaded for use. Broker to be identified using biometric recognition for ability to download and view any documentation.
Alterations and Modifications to the Embodiments [0041] It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that numerous variations and/or modifications may be made to the invention as shown in the specific embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as broadly described. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive.
[0043] Although not required, the embodiments described with reference to the Figures can be implemented as an Application Programming Interface (API) or as a series of libraries for use by a developer or can be included within another software application, such as a terminal or personal computer operating system or a portable computing device operating system. Generally, as program modules include routines, programs, objects, components and data files assisting in the performance of particular functions, the skilled person will understand that the functionality of the software application may be distributed across a number of routines, objects or components to achieve the same functionality desired herein.
[0044] It will also be appreciated that where the methods and systems of the present invention are either wholly implemented by computing system or partly implemented by computing systems then any appropriate computing system architecture may be utilised. This will include stand-alone computers, network computers and dedicated hardware devices. Where the terms “computing system” and “computing device” are used, these terms are intended to cover any appropriate arrangement of computer hardware capable of implementing the function described.

    Interaction with a 3D Artificial Human form
    Recording of conversation for compliance purposes
    Providing identity check as well as other required checks for submission
    Submitting an application for approval
    Handing of paperwork, including signing of documentation
  2. 2. The method of identifying if a digital broking application system has been reviewed as claimed in Claim 1, where in an application is taken with the assistance of a 3D Artificial Human.
  3. 3. The method of identifying if a digital broking application system has been reviewed as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, wherein Al conversations are recorded for compliance purposes
  4. 4. The method of identifying if a digital broking application system has been reviewed as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, whereas the identity of the user is determined through external online checks.
  5. 5. The method of identifying if a digital broking application system has been reviewed as claimed in Claim 1 that paperwork can be digitally signed online with assistance of 3D Al Human.
