Abstract

A disposable outer periphery sleeve infusion device comprises a vein puncture needle component (1), and a medicament liquid filter (3), a flow rate regulator (4), a drip kettle (5) and a bottle plug puncture device (6) which are connected in sequence through hoses. The infusion device also comprises a catheter component (2), the catheter component (2) being directly or indirectly connected with the medicament liquid filter (3). By the catheter component (2), a steel needle (11) is pulled out and a catheter (21) is remained in vivo after vein puncture. When a patient moves restlessly or changes body positions, the catheter (21) would not damage a blood vessel. The vein puncture needle (1) is directly or indirectly connected with the medicament liquid filter (3), and different connection modes can be selected aiming at different situations.

Description

DISPOSABLE PERIPHERY CANNULA INFUSION DEVICE [0001] TECHNICAL FIELD [0002] The present disclosure relates to an infusion device, particularly, to a disposable periphery cannula infusion device. [0003] BACKGROUND [00041 Disposable infusion devices are disposable medical supplies, which are sterilized and processed, and configured to establish a channel between medicinal fluids and vein for intravenous infusion. [0005] Traditional vein puncture needles are made of steel, and each has a sharp needle tip at a front end therof, for reducing pain of patients when in puncture. The vein puncture needle has some shortcomings during intravenous infusion: when the patients become restless or change their positions, the needles easily cause damage to blood vessels, therby making bleeding and an unsuccessful infusion. The patients need to be re-punctured. It is inconvenient for both medical workers and the patients. [00061 In addition, connection ways between the vein puncture needle and a medical filtrator is single and cannot be chosen based on different situations. It is inconvenient for manufacture and applications. [0007] SUMMARY [0008] The present disclosure provides a disposable periphery cannula infusion device, which is widely used, does not easily cause damage to patients, and has several connection ways between a vein puncture needle and a medical filtrator. [00091 To solve the above mentioned problem, the technical solution of the present disclosure explains as followings. A disposable periphery cannula infusion device includes a vein puncture needle assembly, a medical filtrator, a flow regulator, a dropper, and a bottle stopper perforator. The medical filtrator, the flow regulator, the dropper, and the bottle stopper perforator are connected in turn via a transfusion

catheter. The vein puncture needle assembly includes a needle and a needle seat at a distal end of the needle. The needle seat has a handle. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device further includes a cannula assembly. The cannula assembly includes a cannula seat, a cannula, and a separating plug. The cannula seat defines an axial chamber. A front end of the cannula seat is connected to a distal end of the cannula via a cannula fixed core. The cannula communicates with the chamber of the cannula seat. The separating plug plugs into a rear end of the cannula seat. A middle portion of the cannula seat defines a fluid inlet and connects the transfusion catheter. The needle tip of the needle penetrates the separating plug, the chamber of the cannula seat, and the cannula along an axial direction of the cannula seat, and extends out of the cannula. [00101 In some embodiments, the fluid inlet of the cannula seat is connected to a fluid outlet of the medical filtrator via the transfusion catheter to form an unitary piece. [00111 In some embodiments, the fluid inlet of the cannula seat is connected to the medical filtrator via a connector, and the connector is a detachable structure. 100121 In some embodiments, the connector is a two-way connector or a three-way connector, one port of the connector serves as an outlet port, the other port serves as an inlet port, the outlet port of the connector is connected to the fluid inlet of the cannula seat via the transfusion catheter to form an unitary structure, and the inlet port of the connector is assembled with one or two of a cover-type cap, a plug-type cap, 'and a heparin cap. [00131 In some embodiments, the inlet port of the connector with the cover-type cap is coupled with the fluid outlet of the medical filtrator, and communicates with the fluid outlet of the medical filtrator. [00141 In some embodiments, the inlet port of the connector with the cover-type cap is coupled with and communicates with the fluid outlet of the medical filtrator via a Luer taper having a male cone or a Luer taper having a female cone. [00231 In some embodiments, a clamp is arranged on the transfusion catheter near to the fluid inlet of the cannula seat. [0024] Advantages of this present disclosure are the followings: a cannula assembly is increased on the basis of traditional intravenous infusion needle. After puncturing, the needle is pulled out, and the cannula retains in the vein. The connector, the transfusion catheter, the cannula seat, and the cannula form an infusion channel. The cannula can be clearly observed under X-ray and is easily operated and fixed, as the cannula is soft and has a developer line. When the patient is restless or changes his position, the cannula is not easily fall off and damaged. It is convenient for delivering medicinal liquids. This provides an effective treatment channel with critically ill patients for rescuing and shock patients for blood transfusion rehydration. It is convenient for medical workers and patients. The vein puncture needle is directly or 3 indirectly connected to the medical filtrator. Different connection ways can be chosen according to different situations. Furthermore, the connector can be a cover-type cap, a plug-type cap, and a heparin cap. It is more convenient for manufacture and applications. [0036]DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS [00371 Referring to FIGS. 1-4, a disposable periphery cannula infusion device, according to a first exemplary embodiment, includes a vein puncture needle assembly 1, a cannula assembly 2, a medical filtrator 3, a flow regulator 4, a dropper 5, a bottle stopper perforator 6, an intake tube, and an air filter 7. A fluid inlet 23 of a cannula seat 22 of the cannula assembly 2 is connected to the medical filtrator 3, the flow 4 regulator 4, the dropper 5, and the bottle stopper perforator 6 in turn via a transfusion catheter 9. One side of the bottle stopper perforator 6 is connected to the air filter 7 via the intake tube. A clamp 10 is arranged on the transfusion catheter 9 between the cannula assembly 2 and the medical filtrator 3. [00381 Referring to FIGS. 2-3, the cannula assembly 2 includes the cannula seat 22, a cannula 21, a separating plug 24, and a cannula fixed core 25. The cannula seat 22 defines a branch interface at a side therof, which serves as the fluid inlet 23, thereby forming a transparent tee. The cannula seat 22 defines an axial chamber. A front end of the cannula seat 22 is connected to the cannula 21 via the conical cannula fixed core 25. The cannula 2 communicates with a front end (lower end of FIG. 3) of the chamber of the cannula seat 22. The cannula 21 has a developer line. The separating plug 24 plugs into a rear end of the cannula seat 22. A margin is formed between the separating plug 24 and the rear end of the cannula seat 22 (a groove is defined in the rear end of the cannula seat 22). The fluid inlet 23 is defined in the cannula seat 22 at a middle portion of the cannula seat 22. [0039] Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the vein puncture needle assembly 1 includes a needle 11 and a needle seat 12 at a distal end of the needle 11. The needle seat 12 has a handle 12. A cylindrical positioning protrusion 14 is arranged at a front end (lower end of FIG. 4) of the needle seat 12. The cylindrical positioning protrusion 14 is configured to'be embedded in the rear end (upper end of FIG. 3) of the cannula seat 22. [00401 When in use, the needle tip of the needle 11 penetrates the separating plug 24, the chamber of the cannula seat 22, and the cannula 21 along an axial direction of the cannula seat 22, and extends from the rear end of the cannula seat 22 to the lower end of the cannula 21 (shown in FIG. 2). The vein puncture needle assembly 1 and the cannula assembly 2 form a bushing-type vein puncture needle. The principles of the bushing-type vein puncture needle are explained as followings. [00411 Before puncturing, the cylindrical positioning protrusion 14 is embedded in the rear end of the cannula seat 22. The needle tip of the needle 11 on the needle seat 12 can penetrates the separating plug 24, the chamber of the cannula seat 22, and the 5 cannula 21 along an axial direction of the cannula seat 22, and extends from the rear end of the cannula seat 22 to the lower end of the cannula 21. [00421 After puncturing, the cannula 21 together with the needle 11 inserts into the vein. Then, the needle 11 is pulled out, the cannula 21 retains in the vein. Medicinal fluids enter the vein through an infusion channel formed by the transfusion catheter 9, the cannula seat 22, and the cannula 21. [00431 In the above-mentioned embodiment, the fluid inlet 23 of the cannula seat 22 is directly connected to a fluid outlet of the medical filtrator 23 via the tansfusion catheter 9, thereby forming an unitary piece. [00441 Referring to FIG. 5, the fluid inlet 23 of the cannula seat 22 can be indirectly connected to the medical filtrator 3. That is, the fluid inlet 23 of the cannula seat 22 can be indirectly connected to the medical filtrator 3 via a connector 8. The connector 8 is detachable. [00451 Referring to FIG. 6, the connector 8 is a two-way connector. The connector 8 has an outlet port 82 at a lower end thereof, an inlet port 81 at an upper end thereof, and an integrally formed flat handle 83 at a middle portion thereof. The outlet port 82 of the connector 8 is indirectly connected to the fluid inlet 23 of the cannula seat 22 via the transfusion catheter 9. A cover-type cap 84, a plug-type cap 85, or a heparin cap 86 is assembled with the inlet port 82 of the connector 8. In particular, the cover type cap 84 is configured to seal the inlet port of the connector 8 after removing the medical filtrator 3. [0046] FIGS. 6-7 illustrate that the inlet port 81 of the connector 8 (the cover-type cap 84 is removed) can be coupled with a fluid outlet of the medical filtrator 3. The inlet port 81 of the connector 8 is sealed by means of covering the cover-type cap 84. [00471 The inlet port 81 of the connector 8 of this embodiment can be a Luer taper having a female cone. The fluid outlet of the medical filtrator 3 can be a Luer taper having a male cone, which match the inlet port 81. The fluid outlet of the medical filtrator 3 connects and communicates with the inlet port 81. The cover-type cap 84 can be connected to the connector 8 via a Luer taper having a male cone. [0048] Referring to FIG. 8, the inlet port 81 of the connector 8 having the plug-type cap 85 can be airtight coupled with the plug-type cap 85. The plug-type cap 85 6 includes a soft sealing stopper 851 and a locking cap 852. The locking cap 852 defines a hole at a central portion. The inlet port 81 of the connector 8 is substantially a stepped cavity. The soft sealing stopper 851 is received in the stepped cavity. The locking cap 852 engages with an outer sidewall of the inlet port 81 of the connector 8 (via a concave-convex structure 853). The soft sealing stopper 9bl is configured to limit displacement. [0049] Meanwhile, when the connector 8 having the plug-type cap 85 is used, the fluid outlet of the medical filtrator 3 connects to a scalp heedle (not shown) which penetrates the soft sealing stopper 852 and enters the connector 8. Thus, the connector 8 having the plug-type cap 85 can be directly applied in an infusion device or a syringe both having the scalp heedle. [00501 Referring to FIG. 9, the inlet port 81 of the connector 8 having the heparin cap 86 is coupled with the heparin cap 86 to form a sealing structure. The heparin cap 86 is a well-known structure for a person in the related art of medical apparatus and instruments, and there is no need to explain herein. [00511 Simultaneously, when the connector 8 having the heparin cap 86 is used, a scalp heedle (not shown), which can penetrate the heparin cap 86 and enter the connector 8, is needed to be assembled with the medical filtrator 3. In this embodiment, the inlet port 81 of the connector 8 can be connected to the heparin cap 86 via a Luer taper having a female cone or a Luer taper having a male cone to form a sealing structure. [0052] It is understood that the connector 8 is not limited to be the structure as the example of the above-mentioned connector 8. For example, the connector 8 can be a tee shown in FIG. 10. One port of the tee serves as an outlet port 82, the other two pots 81, 81' serve as two inlet ports. The outlet port 82 of the connector 8 is indirectly connected to the fluid inlet 23 of the cannula seat 22 via the transfusion catheter 9. The two inlet ports of the connector 8 can be coupled with any two of the cover-type cap 9a, the plug-type cap 9b, and the heparin cap 9c. FIG. 10 illustrates that the two inlet ports 81, 81' of the connector 8 are coupled with the cover-type cap 84, the plug-type cap 85 respectively. The connector 8 can be applied in an infusion device with a scalp heedle or an infusion device without a scalp heedle. 7

Claims (15)

1. A disposable periphery cannula infusion device comprising a vein puncture needle assembly, a medical filtrator, a flow regulator, a dropper, and a bottle stopper perforator, the medical filtrator, the flow regulator, the dropper, and the bottle stopper perforator connected in turn, the vein puncture needle assembly comprising a needle and a needle seat at a distal end of the needle, the needle seat having a handle, wherein the disposable periphery cannula infusion device further comprises a cannula assembly, the cannula assembly comprises a cannula seat, a cannula, and a separating plug, the cannula seat defines an axial chamber, a front end of the cannula seat is connected to the cannula via a cannula fixed core, the cannula communicates with the chamber of the cannula seat, the separating plug plugs into a rear end of the cannula seat, a middle portion of the cannula seat defines a fluid inlet and connects a transfusion catheter, and the needle tip of the needle penetrates the separating plug, the chamber of the cannula seat, and the cannula along an axial direction of the cannula seat, and extends out of the cannula.
2. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 1, wherein the fluid inlet of the cannula seat is connected to a fluid outlet of the medical filtrator via the transfusion catheter to form an unitary piece.
3. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 1, wherein the fluid inlet of the cannula seat is connected to the medical filtrator via a connector, and the connector is a detachable structure.
4. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 3, wherein the connector is a two-way connector or a three-way connector, one port of the connector serves as an outlet port, the other port serves as an inlet port, the outlet port of the connector is connected to the fluid inlet of the cannula seat via the transfusion catheter to form an unitary structure, and the inlet port of the connector is assembled with one or two of a cover-type cap, a plug-type cap, and a heparin cap.
5. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 4, wherein the inlet port of the connector with the cover-type cap is coupled with the fluid outlet of the medical filtrator, and communicates with the fluid outlet of the medical filtrator. 8
6. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 5, wherein the inlet port of the connector with the cover-type cap is coupled with and communicates with the fluid outlet of the medical filtrator via a Luer taper having a male cone or a Luer taper having a female cone.
7 The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 5, wherein the inlet port of the connector is airtight coupled with the cover-type cap via a Luer taper having a male cone or a Luer taper having a female cone.

The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 4, wherein the inlet port of the connector is airtight coupled with the plug-type cap, the plug-type cap comprises a soft sealing stopper and a locking cap, the locking cap defines a hole at a central portion, the soft sealing stopper is received in the locking cap, the medical filtrator connects to a scalp heedle, and the scalp heedle penetrates the soft sealing stopper and enters the connector.
9. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 4, wherein the inlet port of the connector is airtight coupled with the heparin cap, the medical filtrator connects to a scalp heedle, and the scalp heedle penetrates the heparin cap and enters the connector.
10. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 9, wherein the inlet port of the connector is airtight coupled with the heparin cap via a Luer taper having a male cone or a Luer taper having a female cone.
11. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claims 4-10, wherein a flat handle is integrally formed on the outer sidewall of the connector.
12. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 1, wherein the cannula has a developer line.
13. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 1, wherein a cylindrical positioning protrusion is arranged at a front end of the needle seat, and the cylindrical positioning protrusion is configured to be embedded in the rear end of the cannula seat.
14. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 1, wherein one side of the bottle stopper perforator is connected to the air filter via an intake tube. 9
15. The disposable periphery cannula infusion device of claim 1, wherein a clamp is arranged on the transfusion catheter near to the fluid inlet of the cannula seat. 10
