Dispensing container with a dropper comprising a cannula (1) connected to a resilient bellows (11) for dispensing or instilling a product through the cannula (1), said bellows being placed inside a jacket (12), characterized in that the jacket (12) comprises at least one side opening (17) corresponding to a part of said bellows, and in that tightness means (5, 23) are provided between the cannula (1) and a flask (8) or a closing cap (22) surrounding said cannula.
