 EMI1.1

 EMI1.1

Devices by which the iron inlays are fastened to the scaffold posts by means of screw bolts during the production of the reinforced concrete hollow stone ceiling are already known. The invention relates to such a device and is located in that both the iron inlays and the hollow stones are held in an immovable position by means of blocks resting on their flanges by means of brackets which are in engagement with the screw bolts.

In the drawing, the connection of the components is shown for example.

The individual hollow stones i rest on the scaffold post e; the gaps remaining between the hollow stones are filled with joint strips d, over which small spacer blocks c are provided, which the iron reinforcement. In the present case, a pair of round bars rests, which is encompassed by a common bracket a. This has a thread in the middle, in which the bolt f engages, which pierces the scaffolding post, the joint strip and the spacer block and is designed as an eye at its lower end. It also carries a wing nut h and washer g, which can be tightened against the scaffold post e.

After pre-drilling the wooden parts from above, the bolt is inserted from below and screwed into the clamp. whereupon the nuts are tightened. As a result, the iron reinforcement is pressed against the spacer block, which in turn clamps the stones in conjunction with the scaffold posts. In this way, a solid, immovable structure is created into which the concrete can be placed without any further precautions. When the concrete has set, the wing nut is screwed back and the bolt is unscrewed from the clamp remaining in the masonry with the aid of a mandrel inserted into the eye.

The device is designed in this way. that without modification, more than two round

 screw it onto a bolt.

Due to the direct mounting on the iron cores, the clamp can advantageously be used for screwing in luster hooks or anchor screws of transmission bearings.
