   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Tauchkolben zur Förderung von Rohöl und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Kolben. 



   In Fig. 1 der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Tauchkolbens in einem mittleren Längsschnitt veranschaulicht. 



   Der Kolben 1 ist mit einer Bohrung 2 versehen, die nahe ihrem unteren Ende derart gestaltet ist, dass sie den Sitz des aus einer Metallkugel 3   besehenden Ventilkörpers   bildet. Nahe dem oberen Ende der Bohrung sind in der Kolbenwandung Austrittsöffnungen 4 für das Rohöl vorgesehen. Der Kolbenschaft ist unten erweitert, so dass ein Absatz 5 entsteht, auf welchem die Dichtungsringe 6 ruhen, die mittels einer Mutter 7   zusammengepresst   werden können. Ober-und unterhalb jedes Dichtungsringes ist eine Metallscheibe 8 angeordnet, welche, um das Losreissen grösserer Stücke des Dichtungsmaterials zu verhindern, wodurch das Bohrloch verstopft werden könnte, mit Spitzen 9 versehen ist, die vorteilhaft durch Ausstanzen hergestellt werden.

   Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht einer solchen Scheibe und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach   1-1   der Fig. 2. 



   Um die Herstellung des Kolbens aus einem Stück zu ermöglichen und derart das Verlorengehen von Bestandteilen   auszuschliessen,   wird folgendes Verfahren angewendet :
Der aus schmiedbarem Material hergestellte Kolben wird, wie Fig. 4 zeigt, zunächst mit einer zylindrischen Bohrung versehen, in welche der   Ventilkörper   eingebracht wird. 



  Hierauf wird das untere Ende des Kolbens glühend gemacht und, wie in Fig. 4 mit ge-   strichr1ten   Linien dargestellt, derart ausgeschmiedet, dass sich die Bohrung verengt, so dass der Ventilkörper nicht mehr herausfallen kann. Hierauf wird durch Ausdrehen auf der Drehbank der Ventilsitz genau hergestellt und bearbeitet (Fig. 1). 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Tauchkolben zur Förderung von Rohöl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den   Dichtungsringen   mit Spitzen oder dgl. versehene Scheiben   (8)   angeordnet sind, deren Spitzen   (9)   in das Material der Dichtungsringe   (6)   eindringen und so das Losreissen grösserer Stücke des Dichtungsmaterials verhindern.

   The invention relates to a plunger piston for conveying crude oil and a method for producing such pistons.



   In Fig. 1 of the drawing, an embodiment of the plunger is illustrated in a central longitudinal section.



   The piston 1 is provided with a bore 2 which, near its lower end, is designed in such a way that it forms the seat of the valve body consisting of a metal ball 3. Exit openings 4 for the crude oil are provided in the piston wall near the upper end of the bore. The piston skirt is widened at the bottom so that a shoulder 5 arises on which the sealing rings 6 rest, which can be pressed together by means of a nut 7. Above and below each sealing ring there is a metal washer 8 which, in order to prevent larger pieces of the sealing material from tearing loose, which could block the borehole, is provided with tips 9, which are advantageously produced by punching.

   The following procedure is used to enable the piston to be manufactured from a single piece and thus prevent parts from being lost:
As shown in FIG. 4, the piston made of malleable material is first provided with a cylindrical bore into which the valve body is inserted.



  The lower end of the piston is then made glowing and, as shown in dashed lines in FIG. 4, forged in such a way that the bore narrows so that the valve body can no longer fall out. The valve seat is then precisely manufactured and machined by turning on the lathe (Fig. 1).
