Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Faserverbund-Halbzeug (1), aufweisend eine untere (2) und eine obere Deckschicht (3) mit Fasern (6), wobei die untere Deckschicht (2) parallel zur oberen Deckschicht (3) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen der unteren (2) und der oberen Deckschicht (3) Ellipsoid-förmige Glasschaum-Elemente (4) in zumindest zwei parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind, wobei in jeder Ebene die Glasschaum-Elemente (4) in einem kartesischen Gitter angeordnet sind und die Gitterpunkte zweier benachbarter paralleler Ebenen in Richtung der Ebenen derart zueinander versetzt sind, dass die kartesischen Gitterpunkte in der einen der beiden benachbarten Ebenen zwischen den kartesischen Gitterpunkten in der anderen der beiden benachbarten Ebenen angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen den Ellipsoid-förmigen Glasschaum-Elementen (4) Fasern (6) und Bindematerial (7) angeordnet sind, wobei die Glasschaum-Elemente (4) an deren Oberflächen Rippen (13) aufweisen, wobei die Rippen (13) der Glasschaum-Elemente (4) mit Rippen (13) von in benachbarten Ebenen angeordneten benachbarten Glasschaum-Elementen (4) ineinandergreifen. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Faserverbund-Halbzeug (1).The invention relates to a fiber composite semifinished product (1), comprising a lower (2) and an upper cover layer (3) with fibers (6), the lower cover layer (2) being arranged parallel to the upper cover layer (3), with between the lower (2) and the upper cover layer (3) ellipsoid-shaped glass foam elements (4) are arranged in at least two parallel planes, the glass foam elements (4) being arranged in a Cartesian grid in each plane and the grid points of two adjacent ones parallel planes are offset from one another in the direction of the planes such that the Cartesian grid points in one of the two adjacent planes are arranged between the Cartesian grid points in the other of the two adjacent planes, fibers (4) between the ellipsoid-shaped glass foam elements (4) 6) and binding material (7) are arranged, the glass foam elements (4) having ribs (13) on their surfaces, the ribs (13) of the glass foam elements (4) interlock with ribs (13) of adjacent glass foam elements (4) arranged in adjacent levels.
