   Rippenrohrelemente für Rauchgasvorwärmer, bei denen die Flanschen der kastenförmigen Körper gegen die Rohre einseitig versetzt sind, derart, dass zwei nebeneinander stehende Rohrgruppen mit einer in der Höhe um die halbe Rohrteilung versetzten Heizfläche angeordnet werden, wodurch Gaskanäle von konstantem Querschnitt in Wellenform entstehen (Fig. 1), sind Gegenstand des Anspruches 3 des Stammpatentes Nr. 130728. Diese Wellenform hat sich durch Messungen als besonders günstig für die Wärmeübertragung ergeben, weil immer neue Moleküle mit den   Heizflächen   in Berührung kommen. 



  Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung wird nun eine solche Wellenform dadurch gebildet, dass man die unmittelbar aneinandergegossenen Heizkörper auflöst, derart, dass man je ein Rohr a ausfallen lässt und dieses durch eine Längsrippe b ersetzt (Fig. 2). Man kann sich die Entstehung dieses neuen Heizkörpers auch derart denken, dass man je zwei Rohre um den Abstand eines Rohres auseinanderzieht und hier eine Längsrippe einschaltet. Die neue Form entsteht also auch dadurch, dass der Steg b (Fig. 1) entsprechend zu einer Längsrippe verlängert wird. In Fig. 2 ist b die Längsrippe, welche zwischen je zwei Rohren eingeschaltet ist. 



   Eine solche Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, dass für jedes Rohr (pro Rohr) die   Heizfläche   vergrössert und eine Gewichtsverminderung erreicht wird.

   Ribbed tube elements for flue gas preheaters, in which the flanges of the box-shaped bodies are offset on one side with respect to the tubes, in such a way that two tube groups standing next to one another are arranged with a heating surface offset in height by half the tube pitch, whereby gas channels of constant cross-section in wave form are created (Fig. 1), are the subject of claim 3 of the parent patent no. 130728. Measurements have shown that this waveform is particularly favorable for heat transfer, because new molecules keep coming into contact with the heating surfaces.



  According to the present invention, such a waveform is formed by dissolving the radiators cast directly on one another in such a way that one tube a each is dropped and this is replaced by a longitudinal rib b (FIG. 2). You can imagine the creation of this new radiator in such a way that you pull two pipes apart by the distance of one pipe and switch on a longitudinal rib. The new shape is thus also created in that the web b (FIG. 1) is lengthened accordingly to form a longitudinal rib. In Fig. 2, b is the longitudinal rib, which is connected between two tubes.



   Such an embodiment has the advantage that the heating surface is increased for each tube (per tube) and a weight reduction is achieved.

PATENT CLAIM: Ribbed tube element for flue gas preheater according to Patent No. 130728, characterized in that a distance (gap) corresponding to the diameter of a tube is provided between each two tubes, the gap being filled by a longitudinal rib which connects the two tubes to one another.
