Kurbeltrieb.

Crank drive.
The crank drives known up to now usually required heavy flywheels for smooth, smooth transmission of power, which again caused a significant loss of energy due to friction losses, etc.
The invention now relates to a crank drive which is equipped with two offset crank loops, each of which carries a flyweight on the longer lever arm.
The subject of the invention is shown in two views in the drawing.
On an axis A, which is driven by a drive, for. B. electric motor is made to rotate, two identical wheels R, Rl are arranged.
Each wheel has a cylindrical bolt b, bl on the wheel rim and the wheels are offset so that the bolts are always opposite one another.
Above the axis A is the axis T. On this axis there is a cranked shaft K, K to which levers H, H are rotatably attached. Each of these levers carries a swing weight. The length ratios of the arms D, D and B depend on the transmission ratio to be achieved.
Both lever arms have crank loops F at their ends. In the guide of the long arm D

Transmission T.
During rotation, the lever arms D, Dl also move in a pendulum-like manner as a result of the bolts b, bl, which also sets the short lever arms E, El in motion, as a result of which the crank and with it the transmission are made to rotate. Due to the double arrangement of the crank loops and the flyweights, a particularly smooth, quiet gear is achieved.
