Claim 1: A compound of formula (1), wherein R¹ is selected from the group consisting of C₁₋₆ alkyl, CF₃, CH₂CF₃, CF₂CHF₂, C₃₋₈ cycloalkyl, wherein said C₃₋₈ cycloalkyl may be substituted with 1 or 2 F, CHF₂ or CF₃, and R² is H, C₁₋₆ alkyl or CF₃; or R¹ and R² combine to form C₃₋₅ cycloalkyl optionally substituted with 1 or 2 F, CHF₂ or CF₃; R³ is C₁₋₃ alkyl or CH₂O-C₁₋₃ alkyl, said C₁₋₃ alkyl or CH₂O-C₁₋₃ alkyl may be optionally substituted with 1 or 2 F; R⁴ is selected from the group consisting of OCF₃, OCH₂CF₃, or OCHF₂.
