Abstract
Se describe en la presente un método para reducir la merma de enfriamiento de una canal en una cámara frigorífica. El método se basa en la inversión de los ventiladores forzadores de los evaporadores, durante períodos predeterminados de tiempo, y permite reducir la merma de enfriamiento a un valor cercado al 1% o incluso 0,5%, aumentando así el rendimiento del frigorífico.Described herein is a method for reducing the cooling loss of a carcass in a cold room. The method is based on the inversion of the evaporator forcing fans, for predetermined periods of time, and allows reducing the cooling loss to a value close to 1% or even 0.5%, thus increasing the performance of the refrigerator.
