Abstract
El sistema de estampado en caliente de piezas automotores está constituido por dos grupos (2 y 3) operativos de equipos: un grupo para las piezas fijas y otro grupo para las piezas móviles. Los grupos están compuestos, cada uno de ellos, por unidades de producción (4) que son suministradas (5) por chapas (“blanks”), previamente cortadas individualmente en las dimensiones exigidas (5) e inspeccionadas (6), para la entrada en la herramienta (matriz) de estampado según la forma y las dimensiones de la pieza que se ejecutará en la respectiva unidad, siendo distribuidas (7) tanto al grupo de piezas fijas como al grupo (3) de piezas móviles. Cada una de las unidades de producción contiene: un rack de alimentación (8) de chapa (“blank”), de dos a tres robots de manipulación (9, 11 y 13), un dispositivo de calentamiento (10) por efecto “Joule”, una prensa (12) con la herramienta (matriz) relativa a la pieza que se estampará y un rack de depósito (14). El sistema de estampado en caliente de piezas automotores posibilita la producción del conjunto de piezas (“body in white” y “moving parts”) que forman la carrocería de un automóvil, en una sola planta de producción (1), a partir de chapas (“blanks”).The hot stamping system for automotive parts consists of two groups (2 and 3) of equipment operation: a group for fixed parts and another group for moving parts. The groups are composed, each of them, by production units (4) that are supplied (5) by sheets ("blanks"), previously cut individually in the required dimensions (5) and inspected (6), for the entrance in the stamping tool (matrix) according to the shape and dimensions of the piece to be executed in the respective unit, being distributed (7) to both the group of fixed parts and the group (3) of moving parts. Each of the units of production contains: a rack of feeding (8) of sheet ("blank"), of two to three robots of manipulation (9, 11 and 13), a heating device (10) by effect "Joule ”, A press (12) with the tool (die) relative to the piece to be stamped and a storage rack (14). The hot stamping system of automotive parts allows the production of the set of parts ("body in white" and "moving parts") that form the body of a car, in a single production plant (1), from sheets ("Blanks").
