Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para detectar la tensión eléctrica en una red eléctrica trifásica de distribución según la amplitud y la fase para una oscilación fundamental y al menos una oscilación armónica que comprende los pesos: medir la tensión eléctrica trifásica de la red de distribución, transformar los valores de tensión medidos en coordenadas polares con un indicador de tensión rotativo de la oscilación fundamental como indicador referencial medido, y observar valores en cada caso al menos de un indicador de tensión de la oscilación fundamental y al menos de un indicador de tensión para al menos una oscilación armónica a detectar por medio de observador del estado así como el ajuste de los valores observados en relación con el indicador de referencia medido.
