Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método de cultivo celular caracterizado porque comprende añadir un medio para siembra que contiene células a un medio inicial y comenzar a cultivar la célula en el medio inicial, en donde el medio inicial tiene un aditivo de medio de cultivo obtenido de organismos añadido al mismo y el .contenido de cobre del medio inicial al inicio del cultivo de células no es más que 0,02 ppm. Reivindicación 20: Un método de cultivo celular que utiliza un medio inicial caracterizado porque un aditivo de medio de cultivo obtenido de organismos con un contenido de cobre medido ha sido añadido al medio inicial. Reivindicación 26: Un proceso para producir una composición farmacéutica que contiene una proteína deseada, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: 1) producir la proteína deseada mediante el proceso de producción de acuerdo a la reivindicación 25; y 2) producir la composición farmacéutica mediante la mezcla de la proteína deseada producida en la etapa 1) con un vehículo y un aditivo que son aceptables para uso farmacéutico y formular la misma.
