Abstract
Una célula de levadura que comprende: a) una interrupción de la supresión de uno o más genes nativos de la célula de levadura que codifica(n) una enzima con actividad glicerolfosfato deshidrogenasa (GPD); b) un polinucleótido exógeno que codifica una enzima con actividad aldehído oxidorreductasa, donde el polinucleótido comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos que codifica a una secuencia de aminoácidos que tiene por lo menos un 50% de identidad en la secuencia de aminoácidos con SEQ ID Nº 12. Reivindicación 10: Un proceso para obtener un producto de fermentación que se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en: etanol, ácido láctico, ácido 3-hidroxi-propiónico, ácido acrílico, 1,3-propano-diol, un butanol y un producto derivado de isoprenoides, caracterizado porque dicho proceso comprende el paso de fermentar un medio con una célula de levadura según se definió en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 9. Reivindicación 11: Un proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, caracterizado porque el producto de fermentación es etanol.A yeast cell comprising: a) an interruption in the suppression of one or more genes native to the yeast cell that encodes (n) an enzyme with glycerol phosphate dehydrogenase (GPD) activity; b) an exogenous polynucleotide that encodes an enzyme with aldehyde oxidoreductase activity, wherein the polynucleotide comprises a nucleotide sequence that encodes an amino acid sequence that has at least 50% identity in the amino acid sequence with SEQ ID No. 12. Claim 10: A process for obtaining a fermentation product that is selected from the group consisting of: ethanol, lactic acid, 3-hydroxypropionic acid, acrylic acid, 1,3-propane diol, a butanol and a derivative product of isoprenoids, characterized in that said process comprises the step of fermenting a medium with a yeast cell as defined in any one of claims 1-9. Claim 11: A process according to claim 11, characterized in that the fermentation product is ethanol.
