Abstract
La presente describe un proceso para la obtención de aceite vegetal rico en 1,3-diacilgliceroles con al menos 10% en peso de 1,3-diacilgliceroles mediante una reacción de transesterificación de triacilgliceroles y glicerina en presencia de un catalizador sólido. Además, la presente describe un aceite vegetal rico en 1,3-diacilgliceroles con un contenido entre 20 y 40% en peso de 1,3-diacilgliceroles. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso de obtención de aceite vegetal rico en 1,3-diacilgliceroles con al menos 10% en peso de 1,3-diacilgliceroles caracterizado porque comprende los siguientes pasos: a) mezclar aceite vegetal con glicerina en una proporción molar con glicerina/aceite de entre 0,5 y 2; b) hacer reaccionar, durante un tiempo de entre 4 y 8 horas, la mezcla del paso a), a una, temperatura de entre 180 y 240ºC en atmósfera inerte, en presencia de catalizador sólido de MgO en una proporción de entre 0,1% y 3% en peso respecto de la masa de aceite; c) enfriar por un tiempo de entre 2 y 14 horas en agitación constante; d) filtrar el medio para la eliminación del catalizador; e) separar la glicerina remanente para obtener el aceite vegetal rico en 1,3-diacilgliceroles con al menos 10% en peso de 1,3-diacilgliceroles en la fase oleosa.The present describes a process for obtaining vegetable oil rich in 1,3-diacylglycerols with at least 10% by weight of 1,3-diacylglycerols by a transesterification reaction of triacylglycerols and glycerin in the presence of a solid catalyst.
