Abstract
Un método para remover al menos una secuencia transgénica en una célula vegetal o planta, donde dicha célula vegetal o planta contiene insertado en el ADN cromosomal un constructo de recombinación transgénico comprendiendo una secuencia que se compone en dirección 5’/3’ de: i) una primera secuencia de homología A, y ii) por lo menos una secuencia transgénica a ser removida, y iii) una segunda secuencia de homología B, presentando las secuencias de homología A y B una longitud y una homología suficientes para asegurar una recombinación homóloga entre ambas, donde el constructo de recombinación transgénica tiene al menos una secuencia de reconocimiento para la inducción especifica de rotura ADN bicatenario, localizado entre la secuencia de homología A y la secuencia de homología B, donde se agrega una enzima endonucleasa a dicha célula vegetal o planta para la inducción de roturas de ADN bicatenario o una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica dicha enzima endonucleasa apropiada para la inducción de roturas de ADN bicatenario en la secuenciada reconocimiento de (ii), donde todas las secuencias de reconocimiento para la inducción especifica de roturas de ADN bicatenario para dicha enzima están localizadas entre la secuencia de homología A y la secuencia de homología B y están localizadas en uno de 5’, 3’ o dentro de por lo menos una secuencia transgénica a ser removida y donde después de la recombinación homóloga de las secuencias de homología A y B la resultante secuencia transgénica derivada de dicho constructo de recombinación transgénico no comprende ningún sitio de reconocimiento específico para dicha enzima endonucleasa adecuada para inducción de roturas de ADN bicatenario.
