Abstract
Procesos para la preparación de enaminas.Reivindicación 1: Un proceso que incluye: (A) una primera mezcla que tome contacto con una segunda mezcla en la zona de reacción, (i) en la que dicha primera mezcla contiene una amina que contiene la fórmula (1), en la que R4 y R5 son cada una independientemente seleccionada a partir de alquil C1-8, cicloalquil C3-8, alcoxialquil C2-8, arilalquil C7-12, alquilaminoalquil C2-8, aril y heteroaril o R4 y R5 tomados conjuntamente con N representa un anillo saturado o no saturado 5- ó 6-membrado y (ii) en la que dicha segunda mezcla contiene un solvente no-polar-de-alto-punto-ebullición y un carbonilo (es decir, un aldehído o una quetona) que contiene la fórmula (2), (a) en la que R1 y R2 es cada uno independientemente seleccionado a partir de alquil C1-8, cicloalquil C3-8, alcoxialquil C2-8, arilalquil C7-12, alquilaminoalquil C2-8, aril y heteroaril, cada uno de los cuales es sustituido independientemente con uno o más S-R6 en el que cada R6 es independientemente seleccionado a partir de alquil C1-8, cicloalquil C3-8, alcoxialquil C2-8, arilalquil C7-12, alquilaminoalquil C2-8, aril y heteroaril y (b) en el que R3 es seleccionado a partir de H, alquil C1-8, cicloalquil C3-8, alcoxialquil C2-8, arilalquil C7-12, alquilaminoalquil C2-8, aril y heteroaril; (B) reaccionar en dicha zona de reacción dicha amina y dicho carbonilo para obtener una enamina y H2O, en la que dicha reacción se efectúa sometida a condiciones de destilación que incluyen (i) una presión desde alrededor de 100 Pascales (Pa) hasta alrededor de 120.000 Pa y (ii) una temperatura por debajo de alrededor de, pero preferentemente debajo de, la temperatura de descomposición termal de dicha enamina durante dicha reacción; y (C) remover una fase de vapor de dicha zona de reacción en la que dicha fase de vapor contiene dicho solvente no-polar-punto-alto-ebullición y H2O, en la que la proporción de (la cantidad de la primera mezcla adicionada a dicha zona de reacción):(la cantidad de fase de vapor removida de dicha zona de reacción) oscila desde alrededor de (1 parte de la primera mezcla adicionada):(1 parte de fase de vapor removida) hasta alrededor de (1 parte de la primera mezcla adicionada):(20 partes de fase de vapor removido).
